This beach front high rise condominium features a steamship design exterior which points west, toward the Gulf of Mexico . The building is maintained by a permanent staff (considered the best maintained building on the beach). At Sandcastle II, we are a family of not only owners but renters as well. The swimming pool is the largest in Marco. Tennis courts and shuffelboard is available over the parking garage. An exercise room is available on the main floor. Weekly social events are planned in the newly decorated Social room on the first floor. Enjoy the beach or water sport rentals next door. Parasailing, kayaking. hobie cats, jetskying, surf fishing. Then dine in one of many fine Marco restaurants or in nearby Naples. Or you can enjoy a quiet dinner in your unit under a custom designed chandelier. Day trips might include airboat rides in the Everglades, seeing lots of wild life, or shopping trips to nearby Naples. Sunsets are spectacular and different every night! The Master BR is king size bed, has twin sinks and bathtub with enclosed shower. A TV is included and a large screen TV is available in the Den. The guest BR is queen size bed and has a single sink with a shower. A newly furnished double grill is located poolside. Covered parking is reserved near the building entrance. All beach activities may be observed from the unit and deck.
I practiced dentistry for 37 years after spending three years as a Navy officer. After retiring in 2005, my wife, disabled son and I now live in South Haven, Michigan. We enjoy worshiping at Marco Presbyterian Church when we are at the condo in Marco. I served on the Sandcastle Board of Directors in the past. We, the owners at Sandcastle II are proud of our building and staff.

My wife and I have been coming to Marco since the late 80's. We fell in love with the building and many of the original owners are still here. I believe this speaks well for the building (and staff).

This is a beautiful unit. Completely renovated. Southern exposure. Great views. Responsive owner. Well maintained building and common areas. Weekly social gatherings and tennis get togethers. Six restaurants within three blocks of building. Highly recommend.
We had an excellent stay and were completely satisfied with every aspect. The unit was very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The building is in a great location directly on the beach with great views from the unit. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, parasailing, and beautiful sunsets from the balcony.The people we met in the building were all very nice and friendly. The owner was very organized and responsive and terrific to work with. We hope to return again in the future.
This unit was very clean and nice. It had a great view of the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The people at the condominium were very friendly. We would return to it in the future.
