Why Irene Falchi chose Rome

ANCIENT MANSION FROM 1700 NATIONAL MONUMENT WITH AN UNUSUAL PENSILE GARDEN IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN. IT IS A FAMILY PROPERTY SINCE 100 YEARS AND WAS DIVIDED INTO SEVERAL APARTMENTS WHERE SOME OWNERS AND PRIVATE LIVE. THE APARTMENT DESCRIBED USED TO BE MY RESIDENCE BEFORE I MOVED TO THE COUNTRYSIDE WHERE I ACTUALLY LIVE.

The nicest place in Rome

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is comfortable and cozy with a lot of space and big windows. Very light.

The garden is so beautiful and romantic that is is suitable for some events like a... proposal.

The location is perfect - few minutes walk from the Railroad Station Termini, metro station that connect you to any part of Rome.

The owner Irene would do everything possible and impossible to make you comfortable.

Thank you, Irene, for you hospitality.

"The apartment is in a beautiful old house, built on the old wall of Rome, surrounded by a fascinating garden and very close to Termini station, the main transport point in the center of Rome, with both metro lines, many buses, and, off course, the trains for every direction. Many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and all you need, are around.

The correspondence with the owner, Irene, was very fast and efficient and she offered us a good discount. She was very friendly, she picked us up from the train station, showed us the zone around the house, gave us all the necessary information about the neighborhood, and finally she offered us a delicious tradicionally Italian specialties: a limoncello bottle and a pizza sauce, both of them home made.

In the house you''ll find everything you need for a stay far from your home. We felt there like home.

I recommend this place to everyone !

"Great location, nice owner and viceversa. 3 minutes walk from Termini station, really everything available from there. Irene, the host, is both helpful and not intruding; everything else in Rome is on your choice. What more could you want for a holiday in Rome?"

"The main thing we liked about this place was it was just as advertised, if not even better. Meeting the owner was great and very friendly, she even offered to pick us up at the train station. Great location for those who'd like to take the metro to many areas of the city and train to other cities. A nice place as well and everything we needed was there. Very positive experience and would definately recommend this place to others!"

Arriving by car from the belt Raccordo Anulare you have to follow the direction CENTRO and STAZIONE TERMINI.The villa is located in a section of town with no traffic restrictions and around it there are toll and free parking opportunities. Anyhow once arrived it is much easier to move around with public transportations.

In the neighbouring area of San Lorenzo you will find plenty of pizzerias and restaurants, pubs to enjoy music at night, supermarkets and small shops. Interesting and colourfull are the local daily markets of Immacolata and Piazza Vittorio.
