Very nice 2 bedroom apartment, great view, between Ste Maxime and St Tropez

This beautiful two bedroom apartment with terrace measures 59m2 and has been decorated with great taste. It is functional, has two real quiet rooms and large built-in closets.

The residence and the apartment are quiet, even in high season.

Located between Port Grimaud and Les Marines de Cogolin, the apartment is very close to Saint Tropez and Ste Maxime.

Spacious and bright its main asset is undoubtedly its large terrace 9m2 in area, with beautiful views of the Port cogolin marina and mountains in the background.

This piece is habitable summer and winter and can be closed with a large bay window.

Tastefully decorated, the equipment is also new with a flat screen, two bedrooms with double beds and large built-in wardrobes and a very comfortable sofa bed. That's a total of 6 beds. Cot available.

Washing machine, dishwasher, Italian shower, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc ...

The kitchen has also been redone, it is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, many utensils etc ...

Parking space reserved in the basement, accessible by remote control.

The large swimming pool with paddling pool is reserved for residents and is accessible with electromagnetic badge. Boules ground at the feet of the residence and visible from the terrace.

In the marina you will find a traditional restaurant with seafood specialties (we recommend the bouillabaisse), an Italian, a sushi restaurant, a burgers restaurant ...

Fitness room also in the marina.

Located 6 kms from St-Tropez, 7kms from Ste Maxime and 500m from Port Grimaud. accessible with the bike path.

5 minutes walk you will find the shopping center Géant Casino, Picardy, Mc Do, cooperative cellar etc ...

Mini golf and luna park are also within walking distance.

The marine beaches of Cogolin and Port Grimaud can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Otherwise even in summer get access in 15-20 minutes maximum to the sublime beaches of Croix Valmer and pampelonne.

To discover nearby, the historic villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud, the Massif des Maures ...

and to get to St Tropez avoiding traffic and parking, what is more convenient than taking the shuttle boat "La Pouncho" that leaves every day at the foot of the apartment.

séjour très agréable, recommandons vivement !

vacances très sympas, tant pour l'appartement, l'accès à tout et la région splendide :

quel plaisir de séjourner dans un appartement très propre, fonctionnel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, place de parking perso, et piscine dans la résidence. Le must était de prendre le p'tit dèj au soleil face aux bateaux amarrés dans le port ...

A 20 minutes des plages à pied, et à proximité d'un centre commercial (15 min.), on peut louer des vélos, et faire de superbes ballades tant en bord de mer que dans l'arrière pays. La région est tellement belle ! A noter les belles ballades en mer également !

Nous y retournerons volontiers car une semaine c'est trop court pour tout découvrir ...

Excellentes vacances

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, très bien équipé, au calme avec une super vue sur la marina. Belle piscine avec pataugeoire très pratique pour les petits. Accueil très chaleureux. 15 minutes à pieds des plages, dépôt de pain juste en dessous de l'appartement. Bref de belles vacances dans un bel endroit. Merci

Appartement d'une propreté impeccable disposant de toutes les facilités, meublé avec gout et très fonctionnel.

Proche de tout et très calme, les petits déjeuner devant port cogolin étaient un régal.

Tout peut se faire à pied et si de plus vous disposez ou louez un vélo, c'est encore mieux, les pistes cyclables sont un régal.

Le restaurant situé au pied de l'appartement (le tiramisu) est excellent.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !!

Exellent accueil. APPT très agréable, propre, spacieux, belle déco. Vue sur le port de plaisance. Sympa et reposant. Bien situè à 7 km de part et d'autre de Sainte Maxime et de Saint Tropez vous pouvez loué des vélos (piste cyclabe à 2 mm).Port Grimaud 15 mm à pied. Vous pouvez aussi essayer le scooter pour une escapade à Saint Raphaél et dans l'arrière pays. Nous l'avons fait à 50 ans pour une première c'est sympa.Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette location. Laissez vous tenter vous aprécierez aussi. BONNES VACANCES.

Location très confortable, vacances réussies

L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de soin et goût, la vue sur le port de plaisance et les collines est très agréable. La situation, entre St Tropez et Ste Maxime, au calme et proche de la plage de Port Grimaud (15 min à pieds)est idéale ! En voiture, nous avons apprécié l'accès facile vers l'arrière pays et les Gorges du Verdon. Côté pratique, on trouve une grande surface à 15 mn à pieds ou 5 mn en voiture. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances, la prestation est excellente, on reviendra !

A mini golf, and an inflatable entertainment park are 3 minutes walk and a little further you have an amusement park. The shopping center of the Géant hypermarket is 5 minutes walk.

There are now 5 restaurants in the marina, at the foot of the apartment, a traditional, sushi bar, 2 Italians + a burgers restaurant

ACCESS:

Exit around the nearest road: Le Muy or Le Luc. Access SNCF train station Fréjus-St. Raphael about 40 km. Airport Cannes or Nice.
