Imagine taking just steps outside your door to meet your complimentary ski valet and putting on your skis right at the base of the Canyons Resort gondola! After a fantastic day of skiing, return home to a roaring fire in the gas fireplace, a long soak in the 2-person Jacuzzi tub, or perhaps a relaxing steam shower in the privacy of your own suite.

This amazing suite is located on the top floor of the Moose lodge and has absolutely beautiful mountain views. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and includes a King size bed in the master bedroom with mountain views, a Queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining area that seats 8, and a stunning bathroom with double sinks, a 2-person Jacuzzi jetted bathtub, and steam shower. Also included are a clothes washer and dryer, free WiFi, flat screen TV with cable/satellite, electric stove top with oven, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and garbage disposal.

A really nice extra touch is that this is a top floor apartment, so there's no need to worry about hearing footsteps from the neighbors above; you're assured a great night's sleep.

Great room and resort!

Getting around Park City was easy! We used the resort shuttle too. Very convenient! Great selection of restaurants too! The Bridge Cafe and the Eating Establishment were both great for breakfast. A must see is the Utah Olympic Park and do the bobsled run! Well worth it! The weather was also amazing! Great time of year to go.

Great location in a beautiful area.

The room was great! Loved staying on the top floor with minimal noise. The room had everything we needed and more. The overall location was a little confusing to navigate at first but there was lots to do there and nearby. John was immediately responsive to anything we asked of him. My wife, daughter and I all thouroughly enjoyed our time there and would recommend to anyone.

Decent rental, frustrating lodges.

Our rental was decent. This specific rental didn’t have much of a view which was disappointing to us. It overlooks a parking lot and construction currently. The lighting was darker than I would have liked, even with the window open. But it is the only window. Which I understand isn’t the owners fault. If you like more of a mood lighting then it will be great! The tub is hard to get in and out of so you do have to be a little more cautious, and with the seats we felt it was awkward to find somewhere to stand to shower off. The resort itself is very frustrating to navigate at first. Often times you find yourself having to take multiple elevators to different areas because the different areas don’t typically connect. And amenities are not found off of the lobby’s. The noise from the hallways and neighboring units are also higher then we imagined it would be. We were expecting a little more, but we don’t have anything bad to say about the owner or condition of the rental.

Owner's Response: Hi D! Thanks again for staying with us. I have given you a 5 star review and refunded your deposit 100%! I'm very surprised and a bit confused by your review. I wish you would have mentioned these when I checked in with you :). I strive for 5 star reviews and do everything I can to make sure that happens! For future guests, allow me to address your concerns one by one. RE view: Yes, there is a parking lot right before the mountains and over the summer (this reservation was during July) there is sometimes construction so that the winter visitors aren't impacted. This unit does in fact face west towards the mountain though. RE noise: I checked into this with Westgate and there weren't any guests in the adjacent units (and this is a penthouse so nobody is above) so I don't know how any noise could be entering the unit. There was, however, an outdoor concert that evening from 7-930 so that might have been audible. This is the first, ever, I have heard a complaint about noise. Future guests: if there is a noise issue, PLEASE contact me and/or the front desk and we will do our best to investigate and make it go away immediately! RE lighting: Yes, the lighting isn't the brightest and that is the mountain-ey / rustic decor/vibe that the resort decided on. If you're looking for a more contemporary/LED type of lighting then I'm afraid we cannot accommodate that and I'm sorry. RE tub: Yes, the soaker/jetted tub is a normal type of tub and not sunk into the ground. Please see the photos. Like most indoor tubs, you do need to lift your leg to get into the tub. There is a handle there so it is ADA compliant but physically challenged folks might have a hard time. RE navigation: I'm sorry you got frustrated navigating the resort! It is a large resort and as there are tons of amenities (4 pools, gym, playgrounds, tennis courts, ski locker rooms, etc) it's a bit spread out. You might to walk a few minutes to get somewhere so again physically challenged folks might have a harder time than spring chickens :) Anyways, thanks again for staying with us and providing feedback for future guests. I'm hoping that I have addressed your concerns and provided future guests with additional details that can help them decide to stay or not. Have a great day!
