Apartment Kate is spacious, comfortable, sleeping up to 5 people, offers guests 2 double bedrooms, a large renovated bathroom, a full kitchen with dining and living area (dishwasher), and a garden terrace. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the beautiful City of Dubrovnik. Set in unspoiled nature with breathtaking views of historic Old City and the crystal clear Adriatic.
Located in a 100-year-old stone house on a street by the sea, this apartment offers both proximity to Old Town (15-20 minutes walking distance) and quiet seclusion. Upon entering the property you have stepped into vine-covered walkways, lush greenery, fruit trees with spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea. A 5-minute walk in either direction will lead you to one of Dubrovnik’s few sand & pebble beaches.
I was born and live in Dubrovnik all my life, 43 year old, married, three kids, fluent in English, speak also Italian, more than 16 years in renting apartments.
My property is situated in the most beautiful part of town, in green, low-trafic area, near St.Jakob beach and on short walking distance to The Old Town. Apartments are situated in 120-years old house, recently renovated with spectacular view to cristal blue sea, Island of Lokrum and historical Old Town. House has nice surounding full of domestic trees and plants where guests can taste seasonal fruits.
Guests are far enought to avoid all crowd and noise in the centar but close enought to take a plesent walk there.
Dear guests, just come and steal this part of paradise just for yourself!
House is 120 years old, recently renovated with spacious apartments and nice terraces and excellent view to The Old Town, sea and Island of Lokrum.
This is the second time we have stayed at Kates and this is where I would stay if returning to Beautiful Dubrovnik. The apartment has the most amazing views. You can lie in the gigantic bed looking out at Lokrum or sit for hours on the shady terrace which we have done many times. It is a pleasant 15 to 20 minute stroll along a quiet lane alongside the sea to get to the old town. The other way it is a 10 minute walk to St Jacobs beach if you dont mind stairs!
The apartment is homely and comfortable and Kate is very friendly and helpful
Would recommend highly!
We stayed there with our familly for 2 nights and Kate was very helpfull (airport taxi, old town indication etc...)
Nice terrasse and view. I will return
I have stayed in this apartment with my wife and our son during a 3 day trip to Dubrovnik. The apartment was very comfortable with a huge stone patio overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Our hostess Kate was available to answer questions about the city and was very informative, warm, and helpful during our stay. The location of the home could not be better - it's a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the entrance of the castle's (old town) gate. We hope to be back in this magical city and enjoy Kate's hospitality once again!
Great place to stay for a visit to Dubrovnik. Lovely spacious apartment with great views of the old town and the sea from a fantastic terrace. Apartment is well equipped and extremely clean with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.
Well situated with easy walk to both old town and beach.
Kate was a fantastic host. Our flight was delayed and she was waiting outside to welcome us at 1am!!
If we return to Dubrovnik we will stay here again.
We love our stay in this house. Kate is wonderful. We will come back this house again if we come back to Croatia. The view is beautiful. We like it so much and stay in the house a lot. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Kate.

Apartment Kate was even better than we expected; spacious, great location and a wonderful terrace. We received a very warm welcome on arrival from Kate's Mum and it was such a friendly and relaxing place to stay. We would highly recommend this apartment - the whole experience is made more pleasurable by Kate and her family. We hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.
Dubrovnik - the city of a unique political and cultural history (the Dubrovnik Republic, the Statute from 1272), of world-famous cultural heritage and beauty (inscribed on the List of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO) - is one of the most attractive and famous cities of the Mediterranean. Apart from its outstanding natural beauties and well-preserved cultural and historical heritage, Dubrovnik also offers high-quality visitor opportunities. It is also the city of hotels, of high ecological standards and tourist programs, and is equally attractive in all seasons. Its geographical isolation is compensated by high traffic and communication standards - especially through air traffic and fast hydrofoil boats.
