A completely remodeled row home in Lancaster City, 4 blocks from F&M University, 3 blocks from downtown. 2 bedrooms and private loft and studio that, sleeps 8 with optional queen air bed on floor three. 2 1/2 baths. A crib/play pen is available for our youngest guests.
Master bath is custom tiled with two-person shower and heated floor. Bath 2 is full bath with tub and shower combination. Master bedroom has sliding door and private balcony, large closets, very quite back of house. Loft on third floor has queen bed, sitting space large and roomy but private. space. Third bedroom has single bed and large closet. Laundry facilities in second bath.
Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dual fuel stove, fully equipped for cooking. Backyard has deck, table, chairs and charcoal grill for outdoor cooking in a private and beautiful city yard.
The home is fully air-conditioned and has all new windows so is quiet in the evening. Friendly front porch separates house from street. Side access, locking sliding door to backyard, easy way to store bikes or other outdoor valuables safely.

Hello! I am Earl Francis and along with my wife Sharon Hatzel we moved to Lancaster from Houston, Texas in 2002 and have been thrilled with our new hometown. It is interesting, vibrant but easy to get around in and has some really good restaurants! Since coming here we have taken up bike riding on the rail trails and enjoy the beautiful scenery and country in this county. After living in big cities, we enjoy the easier pace of Lancaster and easy access to major cities such as Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York City, all an easy days drive away.

The pictures of this property actually did not do it justice. From the pictures I thought it might be a little small for our group of eight, but it turned out to be extremely comfortable accommodations for us. All the finishes and interesting touches inside the house reflect that this owner originally remodeled the property for his own use, renters now get to enjoy the benefits of this fact. We were in town for a weekend family wedding and everywhere we had to go was conveniently located to this property. We plan on visiting Lancaster from time to time to visit family and hope we get to stay in this house again.
We very much enjoyed our time. This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We will return again. Centrally located to so many things. Clean place. Owners are readily available if a need arises. Amenities are top notch. Highly recommend if you want a cozy place to stay
My friend's email to me when she checked in just said "The house is beautiful," and she was completely correct. The property had everything we needed. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go or take a short Uber ride, if necessary. There were three couples in our group and, with the 2.5 bathrooms and four bedroom areas, we had more than enough space to both hang out as a group and split off without being on top of each other. I would highly recommend this property and stay again in the future.
Thank you for such a lovely enjoyable stay. The home had such a welcoming touches. The owners thought of everything to keep their guests comfortable! Plenty of room for a large family. This home is very clean and tastefully decorated. The outside rear patio was adorable even though we did not use it. Plenty of street parking during the day. The parking passes were appreciated for nighttime use.
Everything was above and beyond what was expected. The house was very spacious and well decorated. We loved that every light switch was labeled! Earl and Sharon thought of everything when they decorated and equipped the house. They even rent parking spaces in a nearby lot just to ensure renters have a place to park if the street is full. We stayed two nights and we were always able to park on the street near the house. Earl and Sharon were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this house!
This was exactly as described and perfect for a weekend getaway with 6 of my friends. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and we were even able to check in early. The home was lovely and in a nice area of town, making it quick and convenient to walk to restaurants and entertainment. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and we would definitely stay here again.
