IDEALLY LOCATED, AT THE BEACH AND BOULEVARD OF ALTEA. Very central: near supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, trainstation, busstations, harbour. You don't need a car. Really nice for summer holidays, or for a senior - holiday in winter (some months). It has a livingroom with open kitchen and a sofa-bed for 2 persons, 1 bedroom with a dubble bed (1,60 x 1,90), bathroom with waschingmachine. There is all for cooking, and there are several english tv channels. Great place to stay

For the price well worth the money. Everything you need and a great location. Good wifi and TV choice and great for walking. Lovely view from the balcony, great way to see the sunrise

Location great,with many restaraunts and bars nearby.Very flat and great for walking.

Apartment does appear dated, but is very clean and provides every possible item from washing tablets to shopping trolley. Ingeborg does the meet and greet,and is very likeable..Would use her services again.

Fantastic sea front location

I stayed last year for 2 weeks and once before in September 2010. Ingeborg was fantastic both visits on call if needed. Apartment furniture is basic... yes but has everything you need for your holiday.Ample parking outside if needed.The location is amazing , Altea and Albir are both great resorts,apartment has fantastic views and amenities for a great price. Would we go back for a third time ....ohh yes !!
