With Griffith Park and Universal Studios to the north, and all of bustling Hollywood to the south, you'll have no problem finding fun activities to fill your days and evenings.
This renovated 1950s Hollywood duplex features refreshing contemporary interior design that seamlessly blend with the sprawling archways and textured walls. You'll also find very unique design features in the unit such as curving hallways and artful woodwork built into the walls!
The front door opens to a warm and inviting reception lounge, bordered by a relaxing living room on one side, and dining room and kitchen on the other. The kitchen has stunning green granite countertops and new appliances.
Upstairs you'll find the three bedrooms, each with unique features of the era. The expansive master suite includes ample closet space, large flatscreen TV, and king-size bed. The back bedroom boasts a rec-room separated from the sleeping area by a curved hallway.
Walking out the back veranda doors, you'll find an amazing backyard getaway, floored with intricate stonework and tile. This expansive open air space is bordered by high trees, offering areas with both direct sunlight and shade. With a four burner grill and a lounge area around the open air fire pit, you will love being outside on our warm California afternoons.
As an extra bonus, this unit comes with the clubhouse! The detached garage has been converted into a guesthouse that can be used as a quiet reprieve, or a wonderful play area for the kids. The clubhouse has been designed to mimic the interior features of the main unit, including built in shelving and benches, low arching doorways, and intricate wood designs.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We rented this property to be close to Hollywood for our daughter's college graduation. This house was in a great location, and very close to her school. The house is stunning, and very comfortable! We did have an issue with a cigarette smoke smell upon arrival but Globe responded right away to let us know we would not be held accountable. We did have to purchase candles, dish washer soap, pot holders, etc. but it wasn't a big deal. I did have to wash the bath mat and clean the upstairs bathroom as well! Overall though I would recommend it to friends :)
I loved the location...safe neighborhood, easy access to grocery store and parks, lovely
hike to Griffith Observatory within walking distance. I also
appreciated plenty of space indoors and out for my 1-year-old to
enjoy. We also traveled to see family in nearby neighborhoods, and enjoyed shopping
in Silverlake and on Robertson Blvd, driving out to Venice, eating at
Gjusta, Joan's on Third, Mozza, etc. All team members were extremely helpful in getting us situated at the house and making sure our stay was perfect.
