This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom second floor condo has a mahogany vaulted ceiling which gives it an airy expansive feel. There is tile throughout the living space and new carpeting in the bedrooms. The view from the master bedroom and living room is a lagoon with fish and turtles. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all utensils. Full washer and dryer in condo. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels, sheets and pillows. Three color TVs, cable and Wifi. Beach chairs and coolers are for renters use. Remote controlled ceiling fans are in every room. Master bedroom has king size bed with walk-in closet. Second bedroom has full bed with 2 separate closets. There is an air mattress available for additional sleeping space. The Tiki Bar, Restaurant and administrative offices are staffed with friendly, helpful people. A nominal fee is charged for all equipment such as bocce ball and shuffleboard. The 9-hole golf course has a seasonal fee. We are a pet friendly environment. However, an application for a pet needs to be presented to the board for approval. This is a no smoking building and there is no elevator. There are approximately 10 steps to the second floor.
We purchased this condo in July 2014 after quite a search on Hutchinson Island. Ocean Village complex is a friendly, relaxing place where you can stay busy all day or lay by one of the 5 pools and vegetate. Our 'main' home is in Bellport Long Island where we are also near the water. We love sailing, entertaining, and being with our children and grandchildren. For the times we have spent in our 'condo by the sea' we have enjoyed every minute.

Very nice accommodations
2 mid-sixties adults stayed here for the month of march 2015. When we arrived the unit was neat an clean and we kept it that way during our stay. This condo has a very nice spacious layout nice furniture and just about everything we needed during our stay. This community has a security force which was a plus for us. The pool and the beach just a short walk away and all the common grounds in the community were well kept. The owners were just the best to work with if available we will rent again in the future.
4 mid-sixties adults stayed 2 weeks in Feb 2015 quite comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a view of the pond and fountain. As an avid golfer I had a par 3 course for $4 and practice green that I used every day within a 5 minute walk. The unit is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Many supplies were here for us. The rec center with exercise room are near the golf green, beside the huge heated pool, and the ocean is just up the steps from the pool. The owner stores beach chairs and umbrella near the pool for your convenience. The Tiki Bar is fantastic.
The owners are the best I have ever worked with. So, so friendly and accomodating. If available, we will stay here again.
My husband & I enjoyed our stay on Hutchinson Island. Was extremely please with the layout and all the amenities available for our use. The condo felt like a home away from home. Did especially enjoy the fact that chairs and cooler was available to use for the beach. We were within distance to visiting relatives in Port St Lucie and Vero Beach. Loved the burgers at Bluewater Grill and fun time at the Edge. Everyone was friendly in the complex!
This condo is located with direct access to the beach. There are 5 pools, (heated in winter), 14 tennis courts, golf, pickle ball, shuffleboard, basketball, and bocce ball within the complex. The Tiki Bar serves both breakfast and lunch. The Inn Restaurant is renowned for its excellent food and good service and that too is on the premises. On Saturdays within 10 minute drive, there is a farmers market which sells fresh fruit, vegetables and home made goods. The theater in Ft. Pierce has a variety of shows with famous performers.

The $900.00 protection fee will be due the same time the initial deposit is due. Your check will will be held, not cashed, until your departure. After the condo has been inspected and no damage found, your original check will be returned to you.
