This apartment was very nice and clean. The gas fireplace was an added bonus to ward off the cold weather. Tobin was responsive to all of our needs. The location is less than a mile from the Westwood Village shops so everything you need is very near. I would gladly stay here again.
Tobin was great at communicating and dealing with any issues my inlaws had with the property. It was quiet and clean and there were plenty of supplies and cutlery. It was a home away from home. The place was located close enough to the westwood shops but far enough that you did not hear any noise.
It was a pleasant stay Tobin had great communication although the place wasnt thoroughly clean there were lots of supplies to do a wipe down ...
The place overall has a warm homey feel!
I stayed in this condo with my daughter while visiting my son at UCLA. It was just as described. Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Great location for visiting UCLA and very lovely, quiet neighborhood. Tobin, the owner, was very responsive to any and all questions. Just a few things to be noted. There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the condo. There is only one washer and dryer on the property and you have to walk down a long outside pathway and two flights of stairs. Parking on the street was not really a problem EXCEPT for Thursday and Friday between 12-3 pm when street cleaning rules are in effect. Whatever you do don't arrive during that time (as I did) or you will have to park very far away and lug your bags a great distance. Lastly just a minor complaint about the lighting in the guest bathroom which is almost non-existent and the light outside the condo door which is out completely making it nearly impossible to get the key in the door. I would recommend this condo.

-put full bags of trash in the main trash bin located in the garage.
-no unauthorized guests without prior approval from owner
-Owner permitted to make inspections with 1 hr advance notice.
