This charming house with a large swimming pool with a vast sun terrace with deck chairs and a couch is 1500 m from Saint-Tropez Harbour. The garden, updated to modern tastes in 2013, offers a boules court. The villa features all mod cons and six air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own bathroom in two buildings.
The main building features a large eat-in living room opening onto the terraces. The kitchen and three bedrooms give onto a sea view suite. The outdoor dining area is under a delightful wisteria. The second building is brand new in the same style as the main building with three large bedrooms. Possible, the amenities include high quality Boose sound system and internet connection. The house is fully air-conditioned. There is a garage and rentals for scooters, cars, and boats at a preferential rate. We are 200m away from the food shops.

We are fond of this house and its garden where we have shared happy moments. This wonderful region lends itself to a happy nature.
We fell in love with the beauty and the atmosphere in the village of Saint-Tropez. We enjoy going to the beach and love boats. In the off-season, we enjoy the magnificent hinterlands and the various golf courses.
An active life does not allow us to enjoy this house every day, which is why we rent it out for a few weeks a year.
A great location, everything is near to the peaceful setting, both the village and the port, looking out to sea. You can pick up your bread in the morning at the bakery, 300 m away. We look to make improvements to this well-kept house every year. It combines a Provencal style with a modern one (air con, sound system, alarm, Wi-Fi). The magnificent garden has night lighting and a heated swimming pool. You can also enjoy the outdoor dining area.

We rented this house for the last 3 years. Such a nice place ! Every year we're really happy to come back with friends and family. The house is charming, very well equip and near Saint Tropez / Pampelonne. The owner is always kind to us. We'll come back soon !
La maison idéale pour nos vacances en famille, L'emplacement est parfait, on peut aller à la boulangerie (et autres petits commerces) à pied! ( coup de coeur pour le traiteur italien)

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa pleine de charme, la maison était propre, le jardin très bien entretenu.
