2-storey house located at the foot of the vineyards and at the end of the village of la Victoria de Acentejo in a very quiet area. The large terrace with its open position offers a magnificent view over the valley, the sea, the mountains and the Teide volcano, well protected, enjoy the sun in privacy all day.
A parking space is provided in front of the house.

We lived several years in the adjacent house (Casa Victoria Homelidays 6,216,239), both houses have been completely restored by us. We always enjoy to stay there, we enjoy hiking to discover wonderful natural sites and we like to walk in the historical center of the Laguna with its pedestrian streets, terraces.
We chose this village firstly for its tranquility, secondly for its authenticity, far from noisy tourism and it is very easy to take the motorway that leads us to the different points of interest of north's island.
The highlights are calm, tranquility, beautiful views of volacano Teide, the valley, the impressive sunsets, easy access to hiking, small restaurants "the guanchiches".

The house is well equipped according to the advertisement and is at a great location halfway a mountain hill between the vine yeards with a beautiful view from the terras on the roof towards the ocean and mount Teide. You have to rent a car to reach the location and to be able to visit all the beautiful locations on the island."
"This house is a wonderful choice for a holiday in Tenerife. The location is ideal (convenient to many locations), the local host is very helpful, and the house is well equipped. In particular, it's nice to be in a local town rather than in the midst of a tourist village. I would highly recommend this house to others: however, one should be aware that the house is on top of a very steep hill, which provides wonderful views of the sea and Mt. Teide and an opportunity to use the lower gears of your car".
"We had an excellent holiday here and the host contact was very friendly. Separate suite upstairs was great for our independant daughter. Supermarket in easy reach (east) and M-way convenient. Don't get a huge hire car to park more easily. We would have liked more time to explore the local town. Would go back again."
"Very nice apartment,well appointed and with great views over Puerto and the volcano. Upstairs bedroom (external staircase) nicely independent with own toilet/ shower and sitting area. Good for two couples or one couple who argue! We also liked the small town of La Victoria, outside of the main tourist areas."
nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Victoria, la maison était très agréable, bien placée, tout près de la ville et dans un endroit calme. la rue pour y accéder est très pentue, c'était assez drôle. peut-être un petit bémol, pour la literie, pas très confortable.
Lo mejor de la casa son las vistas y la tranquilidad que se respira. Además, está muy bien que la parte de arriba sea independiente. El pueblo es agradable y tiene muchos sitios dónde comprar y muchos guachinches donde comer.. Está bien situado para visitar la isla. Lo peor las pendientes que hay en el pueblo que hacen que haya que ir en coche a todos los sitios. En cuanto a la casa que es húmeda, sobre todo el dormitorio principal.
A map will be provided upon booking. It is advisable to rent a car rental agencies at the airport at the right prices. Reservations recommended. The house is ideally situated for the start of hiking or car.
Authenticity of the nearby villages loyal to the traditions, many restaurants and typical "guachinches" (a sort of canteen at the winery) where a simple but tasty cuisine and local wine is offered. Local products are sold in farmers' markets on Saturday and Sunday morning at La Matanza de Acentejo and Tacoronte.
