Why baptiste louche chose Èze

Beach and train station/bus stop only 5 minutes walk from villa. Very large bedroom, en suite and lounge with large private terrace and own entrance.

The views from the balcony and terrace are exceptional. South facing so sun all day. The appartement has very recently been decorated throughout. Monaco ten minutes away. Nice fifteen minutes away. Beaulieu village has many shops, a supermarket, and outdoor market on the square every morning, only five minutes away. Hiking trails literally on the doorstep. Best beach bars a walk away. Many water sports activities at local beach.

Just renovated with luxory taste. Very accesible and accecible transports to visit the 'Côte d'Azur'. It is on a VERY CALM street but very close to the principal one wich will comunicate with other destinations.

The appartment is located near to the beach and Monaco you have also buses wich can take you eather to Monaco or Nice.

Situated between Monaco and Nice (all 2 - 10 min) and in 50 m of the easily accessible beach(range) in feet. First, the reasons that make this small apartment on the Cote d' Azur a good choice: It's only 20 minutes from Nice on the picturesque seaside highway. Its sunny patio opens to the Mediterranean sunrise, a rare treat for city dwellers deprived of such pleasures. The same patio provides a teriffic view of Eze, perhaps the ultimate perched village (even though something of a shopping mall in the sky),

But there are drawback, too: The seen-better-days apartment building sits high on a slope and an additional 30 stone steps take you to the apartment: My wife's Fitbit says this prelude is the equivalent of four flights of stairs, which can be taxing if you're a senior lugging bottles of wine or water. Parking is an ambiguous and possibly costly affair; you MUST insist the owner spell this procedure out clearly, then parking down on the highway is easy enough.

Otherwise, the digs are comfortable and functional enough (save for a broken dishwasher) and the aforementioned assets compelling. But not recommended for seniors or the physically unfit.

Our holidays experience was marvelous. All expectations were exceeded. The property is meticulously maintained the owner really care about every small detail. He was very welcoming and hospitable. This was a perfect week for us.

Enjoyed Most:

We liked absolutely everything about the property. The living spaces were well appointed and comfortable. The views of the sea, the town and the mountains were incredible. The location was excellent - private and safe, yet close to everything on foot or by car.

Enjoyed Least:

What we liked the least was having to leave. There was nothing not to like about this property.

Great please for holidays!

The apartment it looks exactly like in the pictures. Just 5 minutes by car you can find fresh food on supermarket and whatever you would need for a great stay. Doesn`t has privet parking, but for very chip price I parked my car very close from the apartment.

It has a wonderful view and it is a cosy place, I felt like at home! I would definitely recommend it to a friend!

10/10 Thank you very much Baptiste! This is the 2nd time I rent this beautiful apartment, the Magic of the terrace is the same but the hole interior is even more beautiful and comfortable after the renovation. Location, calm area, interior accommodation, communication with other cities everything was perfect for us. See you next season!!!!!

By car Beaulieu is 2 minutes, Monaco 8 and nice 15 minutes, the Italy 25 minutes and Cannes 35 minutes.

Tourism and environment: located between Nice and Monaco, the commune of Eze has two resorts, including Eze-Sea Front and Eze-Village, which is perched 427 meters above sea level, turned to the past and evokes an atmosphere appreciated for its calm and tranquility in all seasons and extends on the seafront of the Cap d'Esterel to the point of Cap-Roux

A lush vegetation of banana trees, date palms, locust plants, mandarin and lemon trees reflects the very pleasant local climate here present most of the year. The beach in Eze, which we can't see from the road is shaded by a pine forest down to the sea. The imposing silhouette of the Villa Rose, U2 Rock Group property occupys the western side of the beach. Eze-Village, tourist Mecca and one of the most picturesque villages of Department - a must-have a visit - is perched at the top of an impressive and superb Cliff Eagle nest
