Very quiet and equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine and clothes dryer. Linen provided, WIFI, and satellite TV...
Possibility to rent the week, fortnight, and month; prices for the period: 800 € 1200 € week.

Beach and train station/bus stop only 5 minutes walk from villa. Very large bedroom, en suite and lounge with large private terrace and own entrance.
The views from the balcony and terrace are exceptional. South facing so sun all day. The appartement has very recently been decorated throughout. Monaco ten minutes away. Nice fifteen minutes away. Beaulieu village has many shops, a supermarket, and outdoor market on the square every morning, only five minutes away. Hiking trails literally on the doorstep. Best beach bars a walk away. Many water sports activities at local beach.
Just renovated with luxory taste. Very accesible and accecible transports to visit the 'Côte d'Azur'. It is on a VERY CALM street but very close to the principal one wich will comunicate with other destinations.
The appartment is located near to the beach and Monaco you have also buses wich can take you eather to Monaco or Nice.

Our holidays experience was marvelous. All expectations were exceeded. The property is meticulously maintained the owner really care about every small detail. He was very welcoming and hospitable. This was a perfect week for us.
We liked absolutely everything about the property. The living spaces were well appointed and comfortable. The views of the sea, the town and the mountains were incredible. The location was excellent - private and safe, yet close to everything on foot or by car.
What we liked the least was having to leave. There was nothing not to like about this property.
The apartment it looks exactly like in the pictures. Just 5 minutes by car you can find fresh food on supermarket and whatever you would need for a great stay. Doesn`t has privet parking, but for very chip price I parked my car very close from the apartment.
It has a wonderful view and it is a cosy place, I felt like at home! I would definitely recommend it to a friend!

This is the 2nd time I rent this beautiful apartment, the Magic of the terrace is the same but the hole interior is even more beautiful and comfortable after the renovation. Location, calm area, interior accommodation, communication with other cities everything was perfect for us. See you next season!!!!!

L'appartement remplit toutes ses promesses: modernité, confort et goût sansoublier une propreté sans faille. La vue sur la mer est très agréable. Le propriétaire s' est montré très réactif et courtois devant notre difficulté à nous repérer pour trouver la location.Idealement situé, il permet de se rendre rapidement à Monaco, Nice, Beaulieu. Bref, ce fut un superbe séjour malgré cette periode creuse de l'année sur la Côte d'Azur. Vous pouvez vous y rendre en toute confiance.
