Located directly across the street from a 24 hour beach access. The condo has a heated pool and tennis court for your use, as well as a BBQ grill and picnic area.

The master has a king sized bed and direct access to the bathroom. A queen sized sofa bed is available in the living room.

What makes this condo unique

This large one bedroom of 800 square feet offers full kitchen, shower/ tub combination and new vanity. Porcelain tile flooring was just installed through entire unit. The condo is immaculate, Inventory available.

The condo was even nicer than advertised. Everything was perfectly clean and nice. The view was prettier than the pictures and the beach was a very short walk across the street. We had a great time.

Great location, very clean and loved the deck for our morning coffee and book!

We visited Marco Island for 4 nights and stayed at this property. It was very clean, comfortable bed and we loved the deck for our morning coffee and book. The location is perfect as it is almost midway between North and South Collier Blvd and is directly across from the beach access. The unit comes with all your beach necessities - beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.

Some recommended restaurants - Doreen's Cup of Joe for breakfast (may have a long wait but worth it!), LeeBe Fish (fresh fish - great lunch spot) and DaVinci's Italian Restaurant (a bit pricey but really worth it - great wine list and excellent food). We did also head to Snook's Inn for a drink on the water. This is a fun place to go and sit up on their top deck to watch all the boats.

The beaches here are extremely beautiful. Lots of shells and that really white fine sand. We would recommend hiking (or driving) to Tigertail beach if you are interested in getting some unique shells.

Susie is really terrific to work with. We had several questions prior to our arrival which were always answered promptly. We had one minor item come up during our stay which was responded to and handled within the hour which we greatly appreciated.

All in all we would highly recommend this unit and will definitely be back on our next visit to Marco Island. Enjoy!

A very nice appartment and a nice location.

Marco Island is a great get-away for February and March when it's still winter in Virginia. "409" is comfortable and attractive. The balcony in the mornings is a great way to start everyday.
