Located directly across the street from a 24 hour beach access. The condo has a heated pool and tennis court for your use, as well as a BBQ grill and picnic area.

The master has a king sized bed and direct access to the bathroom. A queen sized sofa bed is available in the living room.

What makes this condo unique

This large one bedroom of 800 square feet offers full kitchen, shower/ tub combination and new vanity. Porcelain tile flooring was just installed through entire unit. The condo is immaculate, Inventory available.

The condo was even nicer than advertised. Everything was perfectly clean and nice. The view was prettier than the pictures and the beach was a very short walk across the street. We had a great time.

Excellent location!

This condo offers great proximity to many areas of Marco Island. Beach access directly across the street. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Designated parking space in complex. This unit does not have a dishwasher which was not an issue for us.

Great Marco Vacation

First of all, we've stayed in different places over the last 3 years on our winter vacation and Marco Island has been our favorite. The condo was great, the beach was great and traffic was reasonable.

Booking the stay was very easy and the owner was very responsive. Our security deposit was promptly returned. The only negative is that full payment is required upon booking. We like to book early for the next season and our Rehoboth summer rental only requires a deposit with full payment 60 days out. The owner did say she is agreeable with that and can work with VRBO to arrange that. Key pickup and return is very easy. The condo is clean and nicely furnished. There is a small view of the water and beach between the high rises on the beach, as shown in the condo pictures. The condo is very open and bright.

The condo is in a great location. It is directly across the street from the public beach entrance in the middle of the island. There is no public parking for that entrance so the beach isn't crowded. The condo complex is fairly small so it wasn't busy. It has a very good hard court tennis court which was open most of the time. Some people were able to use it for pickleball. The pool isn't large but adequate and was great on the day it was cloudy and windy. It is about a mile walk north to a group of restaurants which included 2 pizza places. Sami's has great pizza but is probably best used for carryout. Seating atmosphere is poor as was the service. About a mile south, there is another cluster of restaurants and shops. The Mexican restaurant, Nacho Mama's, had adequate food but was very noisy. Bebee's ice cream was very good.

We went to the Snook Inn for dinner and it was pretty good. The servings were large and the prices are reasonable. We also went to the Little Bar in Goodland which was similar to the Snook Inn but smaller. Both feature seafood and outside bars with some seating. Both are very crowded and parking is scarce. The first day we tried the Little Bar at 6:00 and there was an hour and a half wait - left. We drove to Everglades City and found most of the restaurants closed at that time. The one that was open had a mosquito problem. Learning for that, we went to the Little Bar and Snook Inn at 4:30 and got parking and a table with no wait. We were late told my condo residents that they will take reservations for 2 - we'll know next year.

Perfect place to stay near beach access

We've stayed here several times now, preferring the condo to staying at the Hilton or Marriot. This condo is directly across the street from the beach access point as well as the Marriot so you can enjoy all the amenities of resorts (quick access to food, watersports, activities, etc.) and still enjoy the privacy and lower cost of staying in your own condo. It's our goto place on Marco and the owner Susie is the absolute best.
