Super sejour!

Nous avons reservé pour la periode du 4 aout au 12 aout ! L appartement est beau et bien amenagé. Tout le necessaire est a disposition( vaiselle, serviette , draps...). La cour exterieur est tres agréable . L appartement est tres bien conçu pour les familles . Il est exactement comme dans la description ! Il est a proximité de tout ( a peine 5 min de la plage a pieds , a coté des restaurants, commerces et autres...). Il est idealement situé a quelques minutes du Tgm ce qui nous a permis de visiter Sidi Bou Said et Tunis de nombreuse fois . Le proprietaire est tres agréable et tres serviable ! Je recommande fortement !! Et je n hesiterais pas a relouer pour un prochain sejour sur tunis !

Ce fut un très bon séjour et je ne peux que recommandé cet endroit

C'est un appartement très agréable meublé et avec tout le matériel electro-ménager nécessaire, dans un quartier calme mais proche des restaurants et des commerces. L'accueil de la part des propriétaires est excellent et ils sont disponibles si il vous faut des renseignements. Ce fut un très bon séjour et je ne peux que recommandé cet endroit !!!

quartier typique, le calme???

Appartement situé au rez de chaussée d'un immeuble à trois étages , les chambres sont conformes au descriptif , une salle de bain wc trop étroite et peu fonctionnelle pour 6 adultes (3m²), environnement en travaux (poussière et bruit au petit matin) difficile d'utiliser la terrasse ,sans parler des avions qui atterrissent , a part ces petits tracas , quartier populaire et une imprégnation totale dans la vie des tunisiens que nous avons apprécié ,restaurants a fusion avec des prix défiants toute concurrence du poisson à volonté. contact avec le propriétaire excellent,non sur place , commerce de proximité, station TGM a coté desservant Tunis et toute la côte. un grand remerciement aux tunisiens pour leurs sympathie leur accueil et leur générosité ,nous avons même fait des amis que nous invitons en France, a aucun moment nous nous sommes senti en insécurité .

Une semaine bien agréable

La réservation s'est faite sans aucune difficulté. Le paiement de la réservation se fait facilement par virement car le propriétaire réside en France. La remise et la restitution se fait sans aucune complication. Coté logement rien à redire. L'équipement est parfaitement au standard attendu (lave vaisselle, micro ondes, grand réfrigérateur, lave linge). Le chauffage est très facile à mettre en route et en veille (si si on en a besoin un peu en mars...). Tout est parfaitement propre et on se sent attendu. Les lit sont un peu ferme, mais quand on a le dos fragile c'est une bonne chose. Les armoires sont de bonne taille avec du linge de maison ) disposition en nombre. Coté TV rien à redire. En plus il y a toutes les chaines françaises... Je reviendrai. D'ailleurs j'ai déjà réservé!
