Amazing location, perfectly situated for convenience just 10 minutes from gate.

Luxury for much less than hotel rooms! Beautiful views from the center model of a small three home resort like complex facing the Three Rivers Golf Course. The Golf course is currently closed to play, but maintained like a huge Park, with lily ponds, and the Kaweah River borders the golf course.

Guest love this floor plan with two bedrooms on opposite sides of house, with two baths. An artistically designed Santa Barbara style home, looking out on large vistas of greenery, home to wildlife. It is usual to see deer, wild turkey, quail, hawks, red winged black birds, owls, wild boar the occasional bears and much more. See photos for views.

This home is secluded at the end of a private cement lane, just a short walk to the shopping center, with two restaurants, thrift store, grocery store, and post office.

You will secure your vehicle in a private two car garage, and come to the front door through a private courtyard.

You are about ten minutes from the Sequoia National Park Entry.

The floor plan is open, with complete kitchen, living room and dining room. There is an outdoor bbq and patio just off the dining room for relaxing with spectacular views.

This property has a full size washer and dryer along with soap at your service indoors.

Comfortable patio furniture on the patio for relaxing with coffee or as you bbq in the evenings. A great comfortable base camp for exploring the National Parks.

About Pam Lockhart

We are a family of Realtors. We designed and builit this complex for privacy, on a location that is enchanting, secluded, yet close to everything! You'll experience privacy, and large green expanses with beautiful hill and mountain views. We welcome our daughter, an upcoming Cal Poly graduate to the family business. We expect she'll bring fresh ideas, and carry on our tradition and love of hospitality to guests coming to The Sequoia National park. She has a great eye for design and has consulted on and contributed to the decor in all of the artistically furnished vacation villas. Her Dad, Gregory is a property manager and business owner in Three Rivers, and I bring 25 years of experience in new home sales for local builders, with the privilege of decorating new models and clients homes. We are fussy about what a vacation home standard should be, and we just know you'll love staying at one of our vacation villas.

Location, location, location! We love having the River adjacent to the property, with large expanses of greenery as far as the eye can see. However, we don't have time for inconvenience, and enjoy being close to everything! This is an amazing property.

What makes this villa unique

We are just ten minutes from the Sequoia National Park Gate, close to village center amenities, and surrounded by wildlife, and greenery.

Pamela was a gracious host and the house was absolutely beautiful and clean. It was a perfect base to use while we explored sequoia. It's on the corner of a golf course so we got to enjoy the grass by taking hikes and playing soccer.

Gorgeous! Perfect place to stay on vacation

Pam is amazing! This rental is so perfect and definitely allows you to have the comforts of home while on vacation. We went in June and the river in the back of the property made for excellent swimming and gorgeous views. Highly recommend!!

Great Home in Good location. 4 1/2 stars

Took 1/2 star off for just little. Such as the yard is shared by the 2 joining neighbors which meant they were walking around in the back forcing us to keep blinds closed. Strong gas smell in the garage forcing me to leave garage door open. Shower heads were weak making my shower time longer. But. the property is in good condition, clean and lay out of the home is great. Owner or Pam added little touches which made our stay even more enjoyable, with popcorn, coffee, a blanket to snuggle up by the TV with and board games for my family to play and enjoy. River is close by and easy to get to. The water was calm, making it great to swim in. (at least when we were there in end of June) Everything was thought out and provided which made it really convenient for us. Thanks Pam for a great stay, would gladly do it again for another short trip up to the mountains to just relax and veg out.

A great place to stay outside sequoia

The house was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and in a nice area for walks. The owner was very responsive to communications. If you need good WiFi, this is not the place. I had to use my phone hot spot to use iPad. We had problems with cable tv first night, but it was fixed the next day. A qualification for me is a house that didn’t permit pets, due to allergies. We discovered that a cat adopted the porch, bringing us a dead mouse, sleeping on the cushioned porch furniture, so we had to bring kitchen chairs out to sit. And it was crying incessantly at back door at 1 am one morning. Other than the cat, it was pretty quiet for sleep.

Perfect Home!

This home is beyond our expectations. The beds were comfy, amenities are on point, and location is unmatched! This place has a creek in the back, a rad market walking distance and great restaurants around! Pam’s place is a luxury and worth every penny! This is a great property.

My wife and I along with our daughter, son-in-law and baby stayed here for 4 nights. Pam is a very gracious and responsive host and provided us with great ideas on where to go and see while we were here. House was clean and comfortable and just what we needed.

Nice house in nice location

I enjoyed my stay at this house. It is in a nice location, very close to Sequoia National Park entrance; less than 15 mins or so. The owners were very responsive. We had some problems with the water heater and barbeque grill, they sent somebody to fix it immediately.

Overall we enjoyed our vacation there.
