About the property

Well located only 700 meters from the city center of Montpellier (bus service), comfortable, totally renovated. Very quiet area.

Within easy reach of shops open every day even late in the evening and a small market (vegetables and fruit) every morning.

The apartment gets a lot of sunlight and has a balcony of 7 m2 facing south east. Lift and car park with trees and an electric gate ( a remote control will be lent).

7 kms from the beaches and 20 kms from the mountains of the Haut Languedoc and the vineyards. 2 bicycles can be lent (premise for bikes stored in the bikeshed). You will find English guide books at your arrival. Sheets and towels are supplied. You can use the washing machine ( powder provided). Payment by PayPal is possible(a quick and sure way of payment by Internet).

Would say only average for location and comfort

Nice stay and welcomed the pickup from the airport as it would have been impossible to find, unfortunately the wifi was not working nor was their a fan (temperatures were in the 30's). reasonably quiet except for when all the cars on the complex were coming and going. Walked into city centre but it was too much to do every day, catch the bus just round the corner (number 11) costs 1.60 euros and only takes 10min right where you want to be, also valid on the tram system within the first hour from getting the ticket validated. The 2nd bedroom is not really suitable with the pillows in both rooms need renewing. Sun on the balcony every morning until 2pm but it was not very wide. Getting back to the airport was easy (bus 11 station walk to tram number 1 to Europa about 5 stops. cross the road back to your left and there the bus stop 120 to the airport. Price was ok for what you got at the apartment. No nearby attractions and local grocery shop was expensive. Would not recommend to friends or family

"We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was bright and spacious, exactly as photos on website. There was a nice terrace also which got the sun in the morning. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a complex with security gates and facilities for parking. It took approx 15 mins to walk to the city centre from the apartment. There were lots of bakeries, fruit shops etc nearby to buy breakfast in the morning. The apartment was also very quiet. Arnaud was very helpful and overall it was a very enjoyable stay. I would happily recommend a trip to Montpellier and this apartment to anyone."

"Appartement propre, très fonctionnel, dans une résidence calme. Nous avons séjourner avec nos 2 enfants, le propriétaire nous a conseillé des sorties, et venu nous apporter des oreillers neufs supplémentaires et est revenu nous prêter son badge voiture. Cest agréable d''avoir un propriétaire si disponible et avenant. Très bon séjour de plus l''appartement est vraiment bien situé et les gens de ce quartier sont très accueillants. Je recommande vivement cette location pour profiter de Montpellier et ses alentours.

"Notre séjour a été agréable.

Etant originaire de Montpellier, l''appartement est bien situé, au calme. Assez proche de l''Ecusson et idéalement placé pour sortir rapidement de la ville et prendre la route de la mer.

Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement à nos sollicitations et les mesures ont été surement prises depuis les contacts durant la période de fin d''année et de repos.

L''équipement gagnerait en qualité avec un chauffage d''appoint pour la petite chambre et/ou un double vitrage."

30 kms from la Camargue or from the harbour in Sète.
