We had a great stay at the villa Josephine in august 2015. The house is very nice, spatiouse and contains everything needed. It is in a good location in Balestrate, whit quite some peace and quite, but still very close to the center. The familiy pizzeria is just arround the corner and as a guest of the house you even get 15% disount on the deliciouse pizzas!
The host Guisy is a very nice, friendly lady (like the people in Balestrate in general), who helped us with everything we needed, dorve us to the supermarket for shopping, gave us a tour arround Balestrate and showed us the best places to shop, eat etc. Her hospitality is at the highest level, and if we were to go back to Sicily, we would chose to stay here again!
"Excellent place to stay! Lovely clean apartment, great hosts, safe & secure place and BEAUTIFUL town. I have recommended this apartment to several friends."
"We rented an apartment for a month and were satisfied with the place. The house was cozy, it had a nice garden and the verandah was situated correctly so it was in a shadow for almost all day. The apartments were spacious so we had no feeling we were in a hotel or so, but as if we were guests at our friends. Those who lived there were given a discount in a nearby restaurant-pizzeria ``CavalinaBianca``. The cuisine was delicious, the pizza and pasta were splendid! The town was small, calm and comfortable. The beach was clean, the sea was warm and shallow near the shore, so the children could easily swim there.
The renter Giusy is worth talking about separately. She received her guests as the closest friends and took care of them very tenderly. My children loved her so much that they didn’t want to leave. Now they miss her badly. I hope we’ll have an opportunity to experience the hospitality of this charming lady (Bella Donna!:)) again!
"Very nice house, Bigger rooms, very clean, beautiful garden. Balestrate - nice town, there are shops and cafes. On the coast is rocky and sandy beach and very interesting to walk around the sea. We thank the owner of the house for a wonderful holiday and recommend this house for the rest."
"Very pleasant and comfortable house. Owners are remarkably nice and accommodating. I can recommend this house everyone."
