2 and 3 Bedroom apartments, two doors away from each other

First (top) Floor, Privately Owned, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in San Luis, Torrevieja - both have private balcony and private roof solarium - set in quiet road with beautiful views of the surrounding area and the salt lakes of Laguna de Torrevieja and Laguna de la Mata. Within walking distance of local bars, restaurants and shops. Beaches, Torrevieja town centre and marina are only a short car or bus ride away. The apartments can be rented separately or together. San Luis is just off the Crevillente Road (CV-90), near Torrevieja town. Both the apartments have lounge with dining area, balcony leading from the lounge, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, and private roof solarium. The apartments are part of a private community, which has a large communal swimming pool and children's pool for residents and guests only. The apartments are near the numerous Golf Courses and Bowling Clubs in the south Costa Blanca area.

Bowls in Costa Blanca Region: There are eight bowls club in the Torrevieja area, San Luis, La Siesta, Quesada, La Marina, San Miguel, Emerald Isle, County Bowls and Greenlands. All offer excellent bowling with all visitors made very welcome and at reasonable prices.

Both our 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments overlook San Luis bowls club. We are five minutes from La Siesta bowls club and only a short distance from the others. If required, further apartments could be arranged

Just a little thank you for the use of your apartment in Spain. It was so nice to have such a clean /tidy place to stay. Lovely to have everything that we needed already there in the apartment.

It was such a lovely area to stay the bar/café across the road was nice ( a lovely English

Sunday roast). The pool was just right for the children nice and safe. I will definitely be telling my friends how nice the apartment was !.

Just to stay thankyou. Your appartment was lovely nice and clean and tidy Ourseves and our 3 kids really enjoyed our weeks holiday here. The pool was very nice aswell not to busy. Would recommend this to people and would go back again thanks again kerry and paul

We do try to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible and I think it does help that our friend, who looks after our apartments, lives nearby. She is on hand if there are any queries and has such a wide knowledge of the area, is always able to help. We always give information on the area and activities nearby before you travel and this helps you to plan your holiday. Although, the apartments are also ideal for just relaxing on the balcony or private roof solarium, or taking a dip in the pool. We already have bookings and enquiries for next summer, so if you would like to book for then, or any time between now and then, please contact us.

Lovely Apartment with everything you need. Great communication, help and advise from the owners. Based in a quiet location but every thing easily accessible by car or bus. Communal pool was extremely clean and well maintained. Local Restaurants very good, Asian Garden, Star of India and Alingui. Town only 5 km away and lots to do in area. recommend the Horse show across the road at villa salada, the Jet boat at the marina, the Friday Market in town early until 1pm and the evening market next to fun fair at the marina.

Lovely apartment

Property was in a nice area close to amenities bars restaurants we found the property spotlessly clean and tidy there was everything you needed to make you feel at home communication and booking with the owner was excellent from start to finish they also arranged the transfers from the airport also we would highly recommend this apartment and the owner and will certainly use there services again Thanks again Paul. 5 people Summer holiday.

We have been renting these apartments for several years now, usually visiting twice a year. The apartments are always spotlessly clean on arrival, & equipped with everything needed for the perfect self catering holiday. On this trip we were joined by 2 family members making their 1st visit, & both can't wait to return! San Luis has lots of bars & restaurants, all selling food & drink at VERY low prices. The nearest is Casa Ventura, just across the road, who do an excellent roast Sunday lunch (beef pork or chicken) for only €5-50. At Gran China (less than 5min drive) you get an excellent 3 course Chinese meal (including half btl of wine) for only €7-50. Mercadona supermarket is close by, or 5 min drive takes you to the huge Carrefour hypermarket. Excellent markets at La Mata (10min drive) on Wednesday, or Torrevieja on Friday (bus advisable to the latter as parking a nightmare on market day!) Guests at both apartments have free use of the lovely communal pool about 200yds away, or the beautiful beach at Guardamar is about a 10 min drive. The locals in San Luis are a real friendly lot & we have made many friends over the years.Booking with Christne couldn't be simpler, & the local caretakers Carol & Fred (a lovely couple) or Joy (a few doors away) live nearby & are on hand for any problems, but chances are you will never need them. All 5 of us are already looking forward to our next visit! Can highly recommend both apetments, no noisy nightlife, so a good sleep guranteed!

What a little gem.Keys and full details arrived on time. Flight was into Murcia Airport, very easy 30 min drive. Really quite little spot, just over the road is a Restaurant, but it's large with a bowling green, full every day, they do take it seriously. Swimming pool 5euro a day if you don't use the apartment one. Just down the road is a small commercial center, headed straight for the Bodega, wine 1.37 euro a litre!! Indian and chinese both very good. Off course although a quite area your just off the main road for running up and down the coast. Very highly reccommended

Our late summer break

Stayed at this apartment twice and have had great holidays, went first time with friends to look at property in the area but loved the place so much took the family back for a holiday!!……Christine the owner makes booking and staying at the apartment simple and is always only a phone call away should you need to ask anything.

Apartment is spotless in a beautiful area and easy to get to from either Alicanti or Murcia airports, you have everthing you need with-in easy reach, beaches, shops, restaurants and quiet Spanish towns.

Will be back again for sure…as kids loved it there, if it were in a holiday brochure it would have 5 stars for accommodation and service!

San Luis is a quiet area, part residential and part holiday homes, just outside of Torrevieja town. It is situated a few kilometres from the A-7 motorway, on which you can travel north to Elche, Alicante and Benidorm or south to Murcia, La Manga del Mar Menor, Cartagena and the Costa Calida.

Guardamar is a short drive away and has a wonderful beach, which stretches for miles. There are some other fantastic beaches (and walks along walkways at the bottom of the cliffs), on the other side of Torrevieja (La Zenia, Cabo Roig and many more).

There are entrances nearby into the two salt lakes of Laguna de la Mata and Laguna de Torrevieja, where the locals bath for therapeutic purposes.

There are many markets throughout the week in the local towns and villages.

The apartments are close to the numerous golf courses and bowls clubs in the Costa Blanca region. The San Luis bowls club can be seen from the balcony and roof solarium of both the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartment.

The apartment has it's own private roof solarium, which has a shower, washing line, four sunbeds, drinks trolley and a sun shade. Each room has a ceiling fan. There is a mobile gas fire, which heats the apartment very well in the winter months. The dining room table opens to provide seating for 6. There are 4 dining room chairs and if required, chairs from the balcony could also be used. On the balcony there is a table and four chairs.
