The perfect beach getaway! Southeast-facing, turnkey furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath residence on the 2nd floor of beachplace 11, the unit has lovely views of the longboat key club golf course. Light and bright, tasteful furnishings and a large terrace for relaxing and enjoying the beach lifestyle. Includes one open parking space. Beachplace is a gated gulf front community with excellent amenities including a private beach, large heated pool and spa with expansive deck / lounge area, tennis courts, fitness center, sauna and clubhouse. Pets are not accepted. Unit has one outside parking assigned and there are various guest parkings available as well.Unit has internet. No smoking unit.
I have owned the unit since 2001 and have visited LBK for 20 years. I am from Italy but live in Chicago now. I have 3 children. I speak also Italian and Spanish in the event that your first language is not English.

If you visit once, you will go back! It is beautiful, peaceful and there are plenty of activity to do for the whole family. Sarasota with its restaurants is just a 10 minutes drive and if you like Italian food in particular, you have great authentic restaurants there. I am Italian myself and I can promise you that!
LBK is a world class private beach resort destination, sometimes voted number 1 in the world for this category. Great private beaches, super restaurants, nearby golf, museums, an aquarium, Saint Armand's Circle, nearby Sarasota and pre-season Major League Baseball. Beachplace is among the best resorts on Longboat, with beautiful private grounds, perhaps the nicest pool/ hot tub/work-out area/ library/ meeting facility on the Key. Morning water aerobics are available for those inclined. The atmosphere on LBK in general and Beachplace in particular is upbeat, relaxing, private but friendly. Annarita's unit is very well appointed and comfortable for young and old. It's about a 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to LBK's major food store (Publinx) and Saint Armand's Circle. Annarita is a most responsive and considerate owner. When we arrived a day early(March 2014) to get ahead of a big East Coast storm, Annarita quickly made arrangements that allowed us to get in a day early. We had a great month at Annarita's unit, and hope to return. Can't give our experience enough superlatives.j.
