No significant technical difficulties on the gravel path that once roamed the mules and donkeys others, when the valley was still Siagne in the early 20th century, market gardening and its many meandering on countless olive terraces down to the River. Descent time 45', 2 hours recovery. Loop possible.

Picnic advised, provide something to drink and good walking shoes or tennis, swim suits because the river Siagne offer you many places to swim and even dive from ... the old Roman bridge of Tuves.

  • Two ponds adjacent to each room: The bathroom, with sink and shower is adjacent to the room on the ground floor. The bathroom with tub and bidet is upstairs, next to the room of the loft. A separate toilet is located near the entrance of the house.

  • Two very good size rooms each overlooking the panorama of the Siagne and provided each with a bathroom or shower room individually. The one on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed (160x200), it adds a Provençal bed (60x170cm) for a child under 8 years. The other room is in the loft upstairs. It consists of two twin beds (90x190). This room opens onto an enclosed terrace overlooking the gorges of the Siagne and garden. On request, a cot 'umbrella' folding table with diaper for baby will be provided. It may be in either of the two chambers. In case of specific need an air mattress can be provided as a supplement in one or the other rooms. The third is sleeping in the dining room on the sofa, double bed 140x190. Maximum capacity 6 / 7 occasionally 8, including 2 / 3 young children

Winter Garden, an original living room: The winter garden is the hatch between the house and garden. The closed room with bay windows, is hosting a very old original lounge and a barbecue indoors (outdoor summer barbecues are prohibited in preventing the risk of fire). Gardens, recreational areas: Taking advantage of different levels of terraced gardens, you can have lunch on the first terraced under the lime tree or relax on the deck at your disposal. To swim, you can access via a secure gate on the stairs to the 2nd leading to the terraced pool. This one is semi-oval (6.50 m x 4.20 m, 1.20 m constant deepth). A garden with sunbathing, hammock, parasol, table and chairs Zellige is available. A ping-pong complete this recreational equipment. Large screen television 4 / 3 with TNT in the living room

Superbe maison de charme et de caractère entre ciel et Siagne.

Un panorama d'exception!

Maison typiquement provençale, très confortable avec plusieurs terrasses où il fait bon se régaler d'un vin rosé.

Beaucoup de balades possibles entre Estérel et arrière-pays. De belles découvertes!

Owner's Response: Nous continuons d'avoir à cœur d'accueillir nos hôtes comme il le faut et leur faire découvrir l'arrière pays et toutes les merveilles de la Côte d'Azur. Ce fabuleux et exceptionnel panorama est inscrit depuis des générations, il s'offre au regard de son hôte au point que ce dernier puisse vouloir se perdre dans cet horizon reposant et favorisant la méditation. Le regard balaye alors une puissante nature, des Pré-Alpes au Golfe de Saint Tropez, que l'on devine dans la brume estive. En faisant le vœux de vous recevoir une prochaine fois pour que vous puissiez poursuivre la découverte de toutes les petites perles de notre si belle région

Firstly I would like to thank Manuel the owner for being the most helpful villa host that my family have ever had , he was an absolute font of information and extremely concerned that we enjoyed our stay at his family villa.We had no hassles whatsoever, one of the bathrooms was brand new with a great walk in shower.The family sized kitchen with breakfast table was well equipped with more than enough appliances and cooking and eating utensils.

The villa itself was more than adequate,charming in character and o boy what a view.Perched on the cliff overlooking the Siagne river valley ,nature at its best.The garden terracing provided the ideal location for breakfast , lunch and dinner with a view!The villa itself is located on the perimeter of the town,with just a 2 minute walk to the town square and restaurants.The town itself is exceedingly attractive and not very touristy which we liked. If I had any criticism whatsoever I would suggest to Manuel that he provides mosquito nets hung from the ceilings over the beds ala the ones we use in Africa. Other bthan that ...perfect place to stay!

Une expérience à ne pas manquer!

Une maison originale , bien traditionnelle , imposante et confortable posée à flanc de montagne au bord d un village et offrant sur tout un coté un panorama magnifique sur la plaine et les montagnes . Tout est conforme à ce qu on peut lire sur l annonce et on sent bien que le proprietaire y a mis son amour et son coeur pour y rendre le sejour agreable . Rien ne manque , la maison etait parfaitement propre, la piscine bien entretenue où il fait bon se baigner en contemplant faut pas hésiter à recommander !

Notre séjour dans la Villa Santa Lucia a été parfait.

La description de l'annonce était très complète et fidèle à la réalité.

La propriété était très propre et bien entretenue.

Le contact avec le propriétaire a été facile et efficace.

On a aimé le lac de St Cassien et les cols à vélo autour de St Vallier.

On recommande la propriété sans hésitation, et j'espère qu'on y retournera un jour.

Owner's Response: Merci à nos locataires Aoutiens de cette appréciation, en effet le vélo est possible autour de Saint Cézaire à condition d'être un bon cycliste chevronné, d'être bien équipé et un peu endurant ce qui devait être le cas de nos locataires..., car l'arrière pays est vallonné et les côtes et les descentes se jalonnent de part en part du village. Ce sera en tous cas avec plaisir que nous vous recevrons de nouveau. Bonne reprise.

Owner's Response: La localisation de notre maison, en effet au cœur d'un typique village provençal vivant et proposant diverses animations, dont un Festival de Jazz (http://festi-jazz.org/), sa vue époustouflante qui contribue à la contemplation, au calme et à la sérénité, constituent des atouts majeurs des séjours de nos locataires. Pour peu que ces derniers aient quelque velléité à vouloir se balader un peu, les quelques sentiers accessibles depuis la maison raviront petits et grands. Merci de votre commentaire et à très bientôt peut être.
