Photos and Description of this 2 bedroom holiday villa in Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne

BETWEEN SEA AND MOUNTAINS, WITH VIEW ON THE GORGE'S SIAGNE

Near the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera, and the first ski resorts in PACA, Villa Santa Lucia, in the heart of the medieval village of Saint Cézaire Siagne will offer many possibilities depending on the type of trip desired.

You avoid the 'hustle and bustle of the coast': you can stay put through the amenities the village has to offer while enjoying the peace and tranquility of the Villa, its unique and incomparable views of the Gorge's Siagne on the pool.

Looking for walks in the hinterland, you'll be spoiled for choice.

Site tours of the Alpes Maritimes: http://www.randoxygene.org/pge/rando_pe/rubrique_rando.php

You want to discover the region you are only 1h.30 of Italy (markets), 1h. 20 of the legendary St. Tropez, 1h of the Principality of Monaco (Oceanographic Institute, JExotic Garden...), 45 from Antibes (Fort, Marineland attraction) and 15 'of the world capital of perfumes : Grasse.

DISCOVER THE LERINS'S ISLANDS IN FRONT OF CANNES: Sainte Marguerite and Saint Honorat (http://www.abbayedelerins.com/) are the two islands forming the Lerins Islands and located in front of Cannes. We advise you to spend a day under exceptional Mediterranean forest (holm oak, stone pine, myrtle, eucalyptus) and seabed for hiking diving delight young and old (bring fins, masks and snorkels). The picnic is required What you will find on each of them something to eat (restaurants).

Either you take the boat from the port of Mandelieu La Napoule (the first departure at 9 am, crossing time 45 'and through the Bay of Cannes), or you prefer a shorter journey (15') at the start of Cannes, but in summer you will need to allow time to park and access to Cannes.

Our advice: Enjoy the day by staying the night to attend one of the evenings International Fireworks Festival in Cannes, the Croisette. unforgettable !

A STROLL FROM THE VILLA TO THE RIVER SIAGNE: Major advantage of the natural heritage of Saint Cézaire, the descent to the Siagne is a must (the road to the left down the street Egalité) for lovers of walking, nature, and traces of oil mills .

No significant technical difficulties on the gravel path that once roamed the mules and donkeys others, when the valley was still Siagne in the early 20th century, market gardening and its many meandering on countless olive terraces down to the River. Descent time 45', 2 hours recovery. Loop possible.

Picnic advised, provide something to drink and good walking shoes or tennis, swim suits because the river Siagne offer you many places to swim and even dive from ... the old Roman bridge of Tuves.

Freshness guaranteed for a peaceful nap under the fig and white willow.

Think back bay leaves sauce for your Mediterranean cuisine

VISIT A MOUNTAIN VILLAGE PROVENCAL: What could be more original than taking advantage of your situation in the hinterland to visit the traditional Provençal villages nearby ?

Cabris, Saint Vallier de Thiey, Gourdon, Mougins, Calian (Var) to name the main delight you.

Closer to St. Cézaire and comments from the village towards the Pre-Alps in the northwest, you should go for a walk in the village of Mons (take the road of Siagne and follow the signs).

You will discover a fortified village and perched small mountain 820 meters above sea level in the Var, and whose simple stone houses stand dry stuck together. You will learn the Provençal language as each street is named in French and in Provençal.

On a fine day when the 'Mistral' blows hard from the viewpoint of Mons, or with binoculars you can see Corsica.

Good walks.

Owner's Response: Thank you to our friendly tenants for this council, but the Abritel's site doesn't make it possible to specify this information. We thus invite you to consult our personal site on which this information is indicated. We benefit from it to point out it : our swimming pool is thus open from June 1st to September 30th.

Très belle villa de... village

  • 5 of 5

  • 5 of 5

Parfait

  • 5 of 5

Bonne reprise.

Charme provençal et calme

  • 5 of 5

Very nice, clean and in a cosy little town.

  • 5 of 5

Situated perfect. close to smal bars on one side of the house while on the other side fantastic views. Access to fantastic walks/hikes in the valley/gorge just by the house.

Kind owner, clean pool, good service and everything in perfect order.
