Modern, quiet, comfortable, fully-furnished two-bedrooms, two-bathes apartment in the heart of Cannes : (street between La Croisette and rue d'Antibes)

This building of beginning of century entirely renovated is located on a small street right in front of the Palais des Festivals.

This 2nd floor apartment has been completely renovated to a modern standard (walls in painting tadelakt, ceiling with spots, parquet floor, double glazing. Bultex high quality matress on each bed.

The apartment is very sunny.

All the windows have the electric travelling shutters for your suitability, thus the sun will not awake you.

TV LCD, DVD player (in both bedrooms and living room).

This apartment is centrally located in Cannes and only 30 meters (100 feet) away from the Croisette and Palais. This easily facilitates ready access to both the nearby sandy beaches and the many business conferences.

Baby bed rental is not included in the price and has to be booked.

The weekly prices are from saturday to saturday.

For a different week, the price could be higher, and is not always possible.

For a short stay, the price is not calculated on prorata from the weekly price. But it will be a daily price, higher.

Bel appartement , très bien situé.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement , il est bien situé dans une rue perpendiculaire à la croisette, proche de tous commerces, et de la plage.

L'appartement est comme sur les photos, nous le recommandons.

Petit bémol: Il est dommage qu'un supplément EDF de fin de semaine si dépassement des 10 euros prévus dans le contrat de location soit demandé en fin de séjour, heureusement nous avons fait attention à la consommation et n'avons dû payer que 14 euros de supplément. Un prix initial fixe serait préférable.

La location d'une place de parking à proximité rend le stationnement pratique et confortable.

Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Great Apartment

I love this apartment, it was easy to check in and check out. The location was worth a million dollars, it was in the heart of Cannes, a 3 minutes walk to the beach. There were many restaurants and boutiques in the area. A great bonus was the fact that it was a mere 5 minutes walk from the train station, we got there with all our luggage with ease. The apartment was just like the photos on the website, definitely would recommend to a friend. Next time we come we will yet again stay here.

un séjour de "stars"

L'appartement, fidèle à la description, est impeccable et bien entretenu. La personne chargée de nous accueillir est agréable et avenante . Elle nous a accompagné dans la visite du lieu. L'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville de Cannes, en centre ville mais calme et lumineux. Nous pouvons sans problème recommander cette location à des amis.

Nous avons déjeuné sur la plage, restaurant "L'Ondine", plats variés, très frais, service et lieux parfaits. Nous avons apprécié les marchés (Gambetta et Forville), le glacier "Villefeu", la vue depuis le Suquet et les plages.

Troisième fois que je loue cet appartement très bien situé près de la Croisette. Conforme au descriptif, j'ai passé un agréable séjour et je le recommande vivement.

Pour les tarifs congrès, le montant global du forfait ménage, serviettes, wifi + draps, s'élève à 160€, quel que soit le nombre de lits nécessaires.
La différence sera à régler le jour de l'arrivée en espèces.
