Schimmlige Kellerwohnung!

Die Wohnung lag im Kellergeschoss und hatte nur ein zu öffnende Fenster. Bereits beim Eintreten nahm man Schimmelgeruch war. Das Appartement ist winzig und mit übrig gebliebenen Möbeln zugestellt. In der Küche fanden wir Massen an altem Geschirr und Besteck, daß nur teilweise gereinigt war. Nach einer Nacht mussten wir das Haus wegen massiver Atemprobleme aufgrund der Schimmelpilzsporen verlassen. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich sehr unkooperativ.

Bon séjour à Saint Malo

Appartement très agréable, calme, confortable et bien décoré, le petit jardin est un plus, même si nous en avons peu profité à cause du temps. Quartier très plaisant, calme, mais commerces à proximité. La plage est tout près (50 m) Le centre historique est accessible en bus ou à pied par la plage ou la chaussée (environ 30 minutes). Très bon accueil, à recommander

Les propriétaires sont très agréable.les photos correspondent à l’annonce. Ils ont oubliés de dire que le soleil ensoleillait l’appartement malgré son niveau. Bon séjour.
