Our comfortable villa is south facing and offers great views of the sea and the bay. It overlooks the entrance to a Calanque at the edge of the Mondrago Natural Park. The living room, the dining room, and the bedrooms all give onto the terrace. There is direct access to the beach via a private ladder and the exclusive sun deck; the waves are 50 m away. Pine trees that provide a comfortable fresh atmosphere surround the house.

Amazing place

Very large property with sea views and sea access. Plenty of parking space. Large patio area partly shaded with bamboo roof. There are also other patio areas with tree shade. Cool breezes when every where else was hot. 200m to Mondrago National Park .There are four beaches within walking distance . Two are only minutes walk. Property is in good order and lacks nothing. Good snorkelling from sea ladder access. We had jellyfish for three days but the Majorca jellyfish app is excellent and there was always one of the nearby I beaches free of them. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Breathtaking views, perfect for sea swimming

A characterful house with the most amazing terrace and the sea at our doorstep made our holiday one of the best ever. If you want to be close to the sea but avoid the crowds this is the perfect place. It is walking distance from two beaches for those who don't wish to jump off the rocks or use the private ladder. It was very warm while we were there with no sea breezes so some fans would have helped but otherwise no complaints.

Phantastische Lage. Tolle Aussichten. Neu renoviert. Moderne Architektur und Einrichtung.

Die große Villa liegt umgeben von einem pinienbeschatteten privaten Park direkt an einer kleinen Bucht, die sich zum offenen Meer hin öffnet. Baden und Schwimmen kann man in im "privaten" Meerespool, den man über eine eigene Badeleiter verlassen kann. Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert und sehr gut eingerichtet.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Villa hat eine traumhafte Lage. Den schönsten Blick über die Bucht und das Meer bietet sich von der großen Terrasse aus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad / Toilette. Selbst mit 12 Leuten, hatten wir keinerlei Platzprobleme. Wir haben einen der schönsten Urlaube hier verbracht und können diese Villa allen empfehlen, die einen entspannten Urlaub direkt am Meer verbringen möchten!
