The very best of the apartment is its location. During your stay you will not need to use car or public transport, just walk. Furthermore, you will find a well-equipped apartment, with air conditioning and central heating and everything you need to feel comfortable.

You will reach the main sights of the city in a few minutes walk: Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar, Maria Luisa Park, churches, museums, etc. It is also very close to the railway station of Santa Justa (1 km). Just walking around the neighborhood of Santa Cruz is one of the pleasures offered by this city: narrow streets, houses decorated with flowers, etc.

Cano y Cueto street, where the apartment is located, is very quiet and it is close to a wider, easily accessible street: Menéndez y Pelayo. This means that communications from the apartment are very good, even to go by private car. If you want, we can offer a private underground parking.

The apartment has bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. It is nicely decorated and has beds for 4 people. A double bed is in the master bedroom and two twin beds (90 cm) in a nice furniture in the living room. As these beds have their own space, if needed, they can be open all day.

The apartment has air conditioning and central heating. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, fridge and washing machine, as well as kitchen utensils and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster or microwave.

In the vicinity you can find supermarkets, bars and restaurants to have a beer or eat at a great price. Perhaps the most popular bar is Carbonaria, as listed in all the guidebooks of the city. This bar has live performances of different types of music as well as exhibitions of various art disciplines. It is a good place to end the day.

You can also find different places near the apartment with flamenco shows, enjoy the Murillo Gardens Park or simply stroll the streets of the neighborhood and see the churches, palaces and houses features.

Perfect location, clean, safe, charming

We absolutely loved our stay because of the perfect, safe location, very convenient walking distance to all major sites. The apartment was very clean, well furnished with utensils, furniture.

Right location, clean and safe. Great apartment for walkers. Owners attentive to challenges.

Walk around, eat, then walk, then eat again. Then nap get up walk around and go to dinner. What could be better. Thank you for the arartment it worked well.

Comfortable, quiet, clean. Great location to the old town.

We lucked out with a parking spot right near the apartment. We were greeted right away, given a tour of the apartment. Easy walking distance to the train station for my son' transportation back to Barcelona. Location, location, location.

Seville is wonderful!

Apartment was very centrally located and close to good supermarket for supplies. Everything necessary was supplied and the pictures on web are correct. Apartment is a great size and there was plenty of space. Would definately return or recommend to friends/family.
