This is a 2-story Townhouse. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms; master bedroom has a king bed, and second bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin beds. The family room has a pull out sofa. There are full kitchen amenities with gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Dishes and pots and pans are available for cooking along with utensils. There is a grill for your use on the back porch. There are TV's in the bedrooms and family room with 1 DVD player. Ceiling fans are in all the rooms. A washer and dryer are provided to clean your clothes during your stay. There are 11 pools, 1 of the pools is across the street from the front door (heated) and 1 pool is located on the beach. There are 3 tennis courts, putt-putt golf, and several shuffle board courts. There are 2 parking spots available per unit. Overflow parking is available across the street at the pool. It is a gated community and you will be provided a code for your stay.
The owners were soooo easy to work with! Lovely place with all the amenities you would need. Beds were very comfortable. Table in dining room is amazing (I would love to have the same one in my home!). All appliances in great working condition. Gated community with no worries. I would highly recommend this home to single couples and/or families with children. Thank you so much Jill and Mark!!
The owners were very easy & efficient to deal with. The condo was very well kept and even though it wasn't ours we definitely felt at home. We were surprised to find more than we needed in the kitchen and beach toys for the kids which was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
Both Jill and Mark were great to communicate with, either by phone or email. We were so looking forward to staying at their property for the month of February. Unfortunately health issues forced us to cancel. They were very understanding, and promptly refunded our deposit. Thanks to you both for removing at least that stress from our lives. Hopefully we will be able to try again in the future.
We enjoyed our stay in June 2016 with 4 adults and one child we had ample room. One chair needs to be replaced in the living room and the chest in the master bedroom was missing a drawer but that was really the only issues we had The walk to the beach was nice and not too far and we really enjoyed the pool just outside the front door! The beach was extremely busy during our stay so we didn't spend a great time on the beach but we had a great stay. I would recommend this as a great find for the money. Thanks for sharing your home!!
The owners are nice and quick to respond back to you. The place was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was very nice to have a pool across the street. We met many people who live in the area and they were all friendly and very respectful. We had a little car trouble while out there and didn't have a vehicle for a whole day. It was great to be able to walk to the places that we needed to go to without having to walk too far. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely rent again in the future.
