About Lynne lives nearby and will assist in any way so that you have a memorable stay.

We lovingly renovated this country farmhouse cape and fell in love with the area. The house is situated on a beautiful country road for long walks any time of year.

We love dining out and going to movies and plays and they abound here!

We moved here to enjoy the fresh air, the bucolic surroundings and to have fun!

We enjoy the various antique shops in the area as well as dining in our favorite Rhinebeck restaurants. We would be happy to suggest a few.

We also have another house in Woodstock which we renovated recently with a beautiful mountain view. Ask for the property number.

Beautiful and comfortable!

Girlfriend weekend was wonderful at this lovely, well appointed home. The owner was responsive and welcoming when we arrived. Everything we needed was provided. This quaint farmhouse is very close to the Charming town of Rhinebeck and the fairgrounds. We would love to return next year!

Very cozy and well equipped.

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay in Rhinebeck very much and your beautifully renovated farmhouse certainly contributed to our enjoyment. All the unique furnishings and decor made the place feel homey. It was the perfect size for our group of five. The master bedroom bathroom was very nice but the mattress a bit softer than what we are used to. The upstairs bathroom and accommodations were also quite nice. Overall we were very satisfied with the rental.

A perfect cottage in the woods!

  • 5 of 5

After spending a few days in NYC, this was the perfect place to stay- very peaceful and quiet! The house was well equipped and was more than we needed, since there were just two of us. But it was nice to have more space than just a hotel room. There's a much larger TV than shown in the photo, and the kitchen now has a microwave, too. The drive to Rhinebeck is about an 8 minute drive through lovely woods, where there are many great restaurants, and a very quaint downtown area to walk in. The historic sites of Hyde Park are about a 25 minute drive away. Lynne was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

A Gem

  • 5 of 5

This house is an absolute gem. The craftsmanship makes this a comfy revival of an old farmhouse.with up to date technologiy. I have severe arthritis and was delighted with the first floor bedroom and bath suite. It was easy for me to use the shower with its bars and seat. iAfter a noisy three months of road and sidewalk repairs, at home, I relished the quiet and serenity of the wooded surroundings with a farm close by. Yet it is only a short drive to Rhinebeck to enjoy the recently expanded Petite Bistro, the Upstate Film house and Oblong Books. I look forward to coming back.

Great little house in a great location

  • 4 of 5

Nicely remodeled farmhouse, perfect for 4 adults going to Dutchess County Fairgrounds. Accommodations were as presented in the photos and description - actually prettier. Would have liked a microwave and an additional seating option in the living room, but neither was a deal-breaker for us. Great location. Owner very responsive. Thank you, Lynn!

Relaxing environment, spacious home, lovely setting

  • 5 of 5

The house is located in a lovely spot near Rhinebeck, with a good amount of space for several people--3 BR, 2.5 baths. It is well-kept with many comfortable amenities (nice bedding, towels, washer-dryer etc.) and a well-provisioned kitchen. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck in the early spring morning and observing the nesting robins busily feeding their young. A great location close to Omega, where we were attending a weekend retreat, and also close to downtown Rhinebeck.
