The apartment is in the suburb of Schöneberg, in a quiet but central area, with views of a small green garden . Part of the let also includes a parking space. there is also excellent access to the apartment . Within a short distance is the U-Bahn stop , Bayerischer Platz, with the line U7 connects to Schönefeld- Airport . Also near is the line U4 which leads to Kurfurstdamm- ka de we
the famous shopping parade, however, one can comfortably walk there within 15 min .
Directly in the area one can find plenty of useful amenities . Within 100 mt there are Pharmacies , banks , backers coffee-shop , restaurants , a supermarket and a 24 hour taxi-stand
I had a very comfortable, happy and quiet stay for 30 days in this bright, clean and full equipted place. Just left yesterday and I am missing it already terrible!
It felt home, real home!
We were very happy with this apartment. Good size, clean, and with a well-equipped kitchen. The location is perfect as a U-bahn station is very near so you can get anywhere easily and then come home to a quiet neighborhood. There are a number of nearby restaurants and plenty of grocery stores. We felt the bed was not super comfortable but the sofa worked out well as a second bed.
The flat was lovely and clean. There was even coffee and coffee filters. The owner forgot to mention that they offer really fast wifi which was brilliant. The area its self is great with many lovely restaurant. Overall fantastic. Just one small thing the sheet covers are nylon which made it hard to getting settled at night. My husband and I highly recommend staying there.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and with all facilities you could reasonably expect.
The block is located in a quiet part of town within 2 minutes from the metro station so connections to the rest of the city were quick and easy. It's about 5 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket, and only about 40 mins on a single track from Schoenefeld airport so perfect for Easyjet flights.
All in all it was exactly what we were looking for: a comfortable, well connected place at an reasonable price, while being well managed and hassle-free.

Apartamento muy recomendable. Muy bien situado, la calle es muy agradable y la comunicación por metro o autobús es buena. Además, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para vivir de forma cómoda.
