Spanish Trace's #226 is a beautifully updated townhouse with new 20" travertine tile throughout the downstairs and all new carpet upstairs. Silestone countertops, honey maple cabinets with nice appliances in the well stocked kitchen. Tastefully decorated with high-end furniture. Both bathrooms have been updated and are stocked with linens. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and tv with DVD player. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and plenty of storage. Sleeps 6 people comfortably with a Queen sleeper sofa. This condo has a spacious balcony that provides an excellent view of the courtyard, pool and ocean. WIRELESS INTERNET. 3 Televisions and DVD player are in this unit.

The Perfect Spot!

This was a great spot, 1 minute off the beach, morning sun for coffee on the balcony.... really great folks. We would definitely rent again!

Beach, Pool, Relaxation!!

My husband and I enjoyed our vacation at Spanish Trace very much! We liked that we could drive on the beach. So we enjoyed the beach on the first day. The second day we enjoyed the pool. We will definitely stay again.

All the necessities.

The courtyard and pool are well kept love the flowers blooming in the dunes going to the beach. The home away from home was clean, only complaint was the shower did not have enough pressure to rinse the soap from hair and if you have thick was even more difficult.

So Charming

The pics don’t do this place any justice!! The view was Fabulous! The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the location of the condo! It was quiet and kid friendly. A short drive to the historic district but Loved that it is right on the beach! My family and I had a Fantastic time and never felt like it was too small. The master bed was a little hard for my liking and we had trouble figuring out the cable channels. With the smart TVs we were able to navigate around it just fine. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves!! We will Definitely be back!
