We had the best five days in Paris and these place help us to got them. Tiny place in a great location.
"Where to begin,ah....now when we "know", :) Paris, only know we can appreciate location of this apartment, without doubt most beautiful part of Paris (if u don't want to be next to some landmark).... zillion streets to stroll on, metro. buses in all direction just 30 meters from apartment, carefour market u name it.... apartment and everything u need for living, nice and cozy, quiet, has everything in it ( and it was three of us with small kid (3)). Guy is so friendly, trustworthy person (he left his laptop to us ( though we didn't need it..but)..key u leave in postbox when you go home...I could write novel how good it was..hope we will manage to go to Paris soon, because it was magical..at least now i don't have to worry about place where to stay...my full recommendations to Guy and his apartment"
"The stay in the apartment was great! The apartment has everything you need. The situation is perfect to visit the city. Very near the metro station. Very good location! The area is very quiet. Many places to eat. There was a computer and internet connection! The owner is very friendly! Available at all times by phone.
When I return to Paris, I will rent it again! Sure!"
"From my point of view the situation is perfect to visit the city, is near from the center if you want to walk and the subway is right next door if you prefer the public transport. You have hundred of places to dinner... more than the opera or other parts of the city at night... the ambient is excellent.
The apartment is really good if you see the quality and price, only a small problem with the amount of water in the shower... but it was a complaint from my girlfriend... for me it wasn't a problem :-)
It has all that you need... or even more... there was internet connection and a computer!!... it was very usefull!."
"Perfect location near all the patisseries (Pierre Hermes), metro, shopping, and Luxembourg Garden. Very clean apartment, comfortable futon, no noise disturbances even though we faced the street, wifi/computer access. No lift but we knew about that beforehand. Also, while the bathroom area is big, the toilet area is a bit cramped. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again."
"The flat is located on superb location, and it’s near to two different metro lines. The owner was very professional and helpful, he met us at his flat right on time and was eager to help anyway he could. Flat is very nice. As you know Paris can get very hot in the summer and there is no air conditioning (the owner provided a fan). Shower and towels provided could be a little bit bigger. If you are not vey fit be ready to face a challenging stairway while getting to the flat at the 3rd floor (no lift). Anyway, you’ll get exactly what is described on the announce and I would certainly recommend the flat and stay there again."
