About the property

This luxury detached cortijo style villa set on the front line of Nuevo portil golf course. With four double bedrooms it sleeps 8 comfortably, two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms share the third bathroom, there is also a WC for general use. The villa has plenty of parking, its own private pool, spacious gardens and a large private court yard with BBQ. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, Kettle, Fridge Freezer and accessories to cater for eight people. The main room in the villa is the large lounge diner with views to the 10th fairway through the huge French windows, including Setelite TV, 2 Leather Sofas and dining area for 8 people.

The villa has three large double bedrooms on the ground floor, one en-suite. There is a second large bathroom and a wc on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen leads into the hallway and the large living room. Outside the living room is a tiled terrace with barbeque area. The white marble floors add to the character of the villa and the open courtyard is ideal for evening dining followed by a dip in the private pool. Upstairs is given over entirely to the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and an amazing sun terrace which overlooks the 10th fairway.

The villa is fully fitted with air conditioning and is walking distance to the centre of El Portil and the magnificent beaches of Costa de la Luz

The house was very nice and clean. It is next to the golf course so we were able to watch the players. The pool area is great. The house is next to Sevilla, a wonderful and interesting city and next to a beautiful beach in Mazagon where you can walk for kilometers.

Peter, the manager was really kind. He welcomed us in the house and because it was Sunday he had already bought some butter, bread, cheese, ham, water and wine,.....The weather was great and we also played one of the several golf courses.We would like to come back.

Gostei bastante da estadia. Estava muito bem equipada, muito confortável e muito limpa. Só acho que deveria ter um pouco mais de luminosidade em frente na rua para ter mais segurança pois parava sempre um carro de manhã e à noite sempre à mesma hora com um senhor para não fazer nada, simplesmente estava a observar. Assustava um pouco.

Casa para disfrutar

La casa está muy bien. Cumple con todo lo que expone en la ficha. La zona es muy tranquila y está a 5 minutos en coche de la playa. Las habitaciones son amplias. La cocina muy bien equipada. El salón espacioso, igual demasiado grande para el tamaño de televisión que hay, y con buen gusto. Pero lo mejor de la casa son el jardín y el patio. La zona de la piscina es perfecta para disfrutar con los niños, ya que además de hacer uso de la misma, hay suficiente espacio para jugar en la hierba. El patio delantero es perfecto para cenar fuera.

Tuvimos un par de pequeños problemas con una cerradura y con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, pero los dueños tuvieron una respuesta perfecta tanto en la acción como en el tiempo. Solucionaron ambos problemillas eficaz y rápidamente. Hay que remarcar la simpatía e interés de los dueños de la propiedad.

Sólo habría un aspecto a mejorar que son los colchones de las camas, ya que todavía se duerme bien pero no son especialmente cómodos. Y echamos de menos una cama de matrimonio, pero esto ya es gusto personal.

Es una propiedad totalmente recomendable para disfrutar de vacaciones en la zona.

Assez satisfant dans l'ensemble

Très grande et spacieuse maison. On se sent à l'aise tout de suite. Elle est entièrement équipée donc confortable. L'extérieur est impeccable aussi avec une belle piscine. Malheureusement, nous sommes arrivés dans une maison avec quelques traces de saleté mais pas de la faute du propriétaire mais le l'agent de nettoyage donc je n'en tiendrai pas rigueur. Je recommande vivement cette location. En plus, M. Lloyd est très accueillant.

Fly to either Sevilla or Faro airport, renta a car and the villa is less than 1 hour drive.

Alturnatively by car the villa is just 10 minutes from the A49 motorway in Huelva Province. 3 hours drive from Lisbon and 6 hours drive from Madrid.

Huelva Province is actually several holiday destinations in one. You have the stunning wide sandy beaches along the coast with stretches of unspoilt coastline which has not suffered the over development of the other costas; the mountains in the north of Huelva and the abundance of natural parks and nature reserves that cover a third of the province. Within this varied province is Nuevo Portil, the jewel of the Huelva coastline. Backed by protected pine forests and leading directly to the beaches it is an exclusive destination that is popular with both golfers and summer tourist alike. Golfers are spoilt for choice in this area. Nuevo Portil has its own golf course, with El Rompido, Costa Esuri, Islantilla, Isla Canela and Bellavista golf courses all less than an hours drive away. As if that is not enough, Huelva is right on the border with Portugal so you can also take advantage of some of the best courses in the Eastern Algarve. Families will find plenty of activities to keep the children entertained - although children most often like to spend the entire holiday in the sunshine either using the private pool at the villa or exploring the beautiful sandy beaches.
