About the property

Just 10 minutes away from Clam Pass Beach(one of the best beaches in SouthWest Florida), this end unit, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in Cypres Glen community just off Pine Ridge Rd. features a master suite with a queen bed and an attached master bath with large stand-up shower and separate dual sinks. The master bedroom also features a TV with cable. The second bedroom has two bunk beds(sleeps 4) and has it's own TV, and the third bedroom has two twin loft beds and has an attached deck facing the front of the condo. There is a second full bathroom on the second floor with tub along with a full-size washer/dryer on same floor. Central heat/air. Two queen air mattresses available for extra guests. Downstairs features a large leather sectional sofa and TV with cable, DVD player and ROKU. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for your time at our condo including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and toaster. There is a dining table in the attached dining room that seats 6 and 4 bar stools at the counter. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor as well. WIFI is available throughout the condo and beach chairs, sand toys are available for your use. We also have a small library of books, games, and toys that you are free to use while at our condo.

There is one car garage as well as one space in the driveway and there are 4 bikes available for your use during your stay. We plan on repainting the condo this summer.

We are a family of 6 that lives on a farm in Illinois. We bought the condo in January 2012 as a vacation home for our family to use. We homeschool our 4 girls so we have the flexibility to come and go as we please.

Why Jennifer Dawson chose Naples

We bought the property because of it's location in Naples-we wanted something as far south as possible so it would be warm in the winter and we could escape the winters here in Illinois.

Great condo for couples(room for guests) and wonderful for families with 6 twin beds, one queen and many toys, books, games, bikes for children.

We loved our stay in Naples. Cypress glen is an amazing location close to all major amenities. We have two small children and it was perfect. The pool and community were Very well maintained.

The house itself was very clean and a great size had everything we needed for our month long stay.

The owners are very easy to talk to if any questions or concerns arise as well.

I would absolutely go back to cypress glen!

Spacious Town Home in Great Location

Clean and comfortable townhome, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the beach. Sits in well maintained, cozy subdivision-like atmosphere, with ponds, friendly neighbors, recreation facility and great pools (Yes! There are two!). Owner was attentive and immediately responsive. Great family accommodations; bedrooms are upstairs and away from the living/dining areas. Good amenities. Kitchen was roomy and well supplied, beds were comfortable. We fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend .
