Photos and Description of this 2 bedroom holiday apartment in Juan-les-Pins

Near the sea, flat for 4 to 6 people, fully renovated (colonial style). overlooking sea and with view of mountains from the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher + all accessories: microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine, Mocha (Italianespresso), dishes, etc. ..... Shower room with washing machine, shower, bidet, sink, ironing board, iron. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed + 1 folding bed and second with 2 single beds + 1 folding bed.

Living and dining-room + terrace equipped with an electric barbecue.

Garage included in rent.

Everything is nearby: pharmacy, bank, bakery at a distance of 250 m. 900 m along the waterfront are the restaurants, nightclubs, shops and casino. Jazz concerts are often held in the pine forest adjacent to the Casino. Everything is close enough to walk to, but still far enough away not to hear the noise from the centre of Juan-les-Pins.

2.5 km from Antibes, in the old Antibes, Provence Market is worth visiting to become completely immersed in the scents of the South. The Old Antibes is very pleasant for its restaurants, such as "Oscar" where one can compose one's own menu which is not too expensive. To aid digestion, it is advisable to take a walk on the walls (with seaview) without forgetting to make a short stop at the Musée Picasso.

8 km away is Cannes - famous for its festival, usually held in May. I recommend the Restaurant "Cresci" at La Croisette.

6 / 7 km away are Vallauris and, in particular, Biot, both pottery villages worth visiting.

"It's OK. Some windows are located on the road, one night continuously drove motorcycles. The sea is near, through the underground passage. Antibes (3 km) is much more attractive town. Although Juan Le Pins too good."

séjour certainement à éviter. propriétaire laisse son client à son sort.pas de wifi, pas de machine lave-vaiselle,dans une rue très bruyante,un face d'un parking public avec des poubelles, du bruit jour et nuit. Pas du tout comforme proposé à internet.

Take the motorway exit n ° 44 Antibes / Juan-les-Pins and follow the indications for Juan-les-Pins. Arriving at the last roundabout near McDonalds, follow Juan-les-Pins on the N7 and turn right after the traffic lights where you see the Boulevard Bijou-Plage. Continue along it to the end and when you cross rue Dulys the house on the corner is the Villa la Madone You are finally there and you can start to enjoy your stay.take the motorway...,

If you do not want to move from Juan-les-Pins, the restaurant "La Bodega" in the centre, makes the best pizza in the area. For lovers of meat and fish, they will not be disappointed. It is preferable to book a table. Otherwise there are long queues.

For those who do not mind taking the car, I advise you to go to eat at the Restaurant "Cresci" on the Croisette in Cannes. It serves everything and their pizzas are not just ordinary, they are special. I need say no more, try it and see.

If driving a few kilometres more does not scare you, go to San Remo. On the motorway, take Exit "Bordighera" and follow direction Centre. After about 2 km you find on your right a car-park (to leave your car) and 20 m below, a small restaurant with terrace with the possibility of composing one's own menu (Small, Medium, Large) based on Italian products, fried squid and crustaceans, slightly sparkling white wine, etc. ..... Moreover, after the meal an after-dinner walk in San Remo is recommended, where you will be captivated by its beautiful shops, Italian ice-cream sellers, its casino and its festival, where you may be able to meet many stars.
