Wonderful neighborhood! Would love to stay again. Very lively area. Apartment was good. Quiet inside and nice size.
Thanks a lot for this nice review!
Great location, extremely clean, fantastic value.
This apartment was a great lace to stay for a vacation in Rome. It was a great value for the price. Extremely clean with comfortable bed. Easy to use public transportation was within 2 blocks. The area has fantastic restaurants within walking distance
Satellite TV was great for tuning into English speaking BBC before turning in at night. Our host, Robert Flamini was very accommodating of our unique needs. The apartment is in a stately older building - we felt like ' locals' staying there!
Great location, comfortable apartment.
We had a great time in Rome, thanks to Roberto and the apartment we rented in Trastevere. Great location to reach, on foot or using the public transport, all the main attractions the city offers. We survived the heat, thanks to the air conditioning. I recommend!
Roberto and Maurizio were very attentive and responsive! When a problem arose it was quickly solved. This apartment is in Trastevere, a great area in Rome and good walking distance to pretty much everything. There is public transportation around the corner, water fountains very close by, and plenty of restaurants to chose from! While in Rome we stayed at this location for 3 nights visited Spain for 6 days, and rebooked at this location for an additional 4 nights. We had a bit if trouble working the washer. The last 4 days, the wi-fi was terrible, so much so that we had to go out to restaurants with wifi if we really needed to get internet, however it wasnt a dealbreaker as the hosts were amazing and the other accomodations were just fine. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely look into staying here again!
Thanks for the nice and constructive feedback. We really appreciated hosting this renter.
Just a clarification about the wifi : indeed, we always pay attention to make the renter be aware of the actual conditions of our property, and therefore the slow speed of the wifi it was well indicated on our general terms and conditions and shared with the renter, in advance. So what ther renter observed was in line with what offered prior to booking finalization

very nice apartment
We stayed for three nights, two adults and two children. The best part about the apartment is the location , right in the middle of Trastevere. Taxi line was two minutes away. The owner Roberto, did a good job arranging for our transportation to and from the airport, plane was late and the driver was there waiting for us. Also the apartment was very quiet, being in Trastevere, I was worried about the noise, but it was completely quiet.
On the minus side, the apartment is small, has no view and the beds are not the most comfortable. However for the price it is a good deal, would stay here again.
From Fiumicino airport take the train to Trastevere Station - take the tram 8 for a few stops on Viale Trastvere, get off in front of the Ministry of Education, walk down Via Morosini for 100 meter to get to Via Roma Libera 10 (apartment Address)
From Ciampino airport take the shuttle bus to Termini train station - take tram H, get off in front of the Ministry of Education, walk down Via Morosini for 100 meter to get to Via Roma Libera 10 (apartment Address)
Comfortable (with 2 bathrooms and independent bed rooms)! It's a good solution for families or Groups of Friends. Location very much appreciated by our guests. In the neighbourhood there are several restaurants , trattorias and pizzerias, where you can taste the typical roman cousine . Although the main beauty of the neighbourhood is its authenticity and athmosphere, you will be able to find all the necessary shops within 100 metrs distance (supermarket, farmacy, ..)
As for public transport, tram no. 8 stops close by the apartment and takes you directly to Largo Argentina, the heart of the historical centre between Piazza Navona and Campo de’Fiori, in only a few minutes.
From this apartment you can reach the Forum Romanum, the Coliseum, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona in 5 minutes by tram and supplementary 5-15 minutes on foot.
