A fantastic three bedroom and two bathroom condo right on the beach! Sandarac A702 benefits from a pool, two king sized beds and two twin beds, dual lanai to make the most of the spectacular views its corner location brings, and beautiful décor throughout. A wonderful vacation home that brings the joys of Fort Myers Beach to your doorstep. Please Note: 1-month minimum stay, Saturday arrival and Saturday departure in season.

The living room forms a bright and welcoming area, with a mirrored wall enhancing the sense of space that Sandarac A702 brings. With a large TV, comfortable seating for all guests and tasteful décor, it is a great space for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. With a pair of glass sliding doors, you can look out across the lanai and out into the bay, providing the living room with simply stunning views whenever you want, and flooding the room with light during the day creating a bright and cozy space.

Step through those glass doors and you walk out onto the first screened lanai, brightly painted and with comfortable seating, it provides a wonderful spot to watch the world go by and admire the beauty of Fort Myers Beach, with the small table providing the perfect place for an alfresco evening meal.

Back into Sandarac A702 and to the other side of the living area, we find the dining area and breakfast bar, the dining table is a lovely glass design and is situated to take full advantage of views across the other side of the bay through the large window, the perfect backdrop to any meal. The breakfast bar has plenty of seating and leads on to the kitchen itself.

With lovely bright worktops and modern, wooden cupboard fronts, the kitchen looks wonderful, and its compact dimensions mean everything is within easy reach, despite offering every appliance you could ever imagine needing, along with a full complement of utensils to satisfy even the most enthusiastic cook, including a dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator.

The master bedroom is well placed right on the corner of Sandarac A702 and benefits from the dual aspect, with light from both the large window and sliding glass doors making this a fantastically bright room during the day. The king-sized bed and large TV, along with lots of dresser space create the perfect place to end the day, whilst leaving those glass doors open just a little means you can wake up to the sounds of the surf. The room benefits from its own bathroom, well illuminated and with a large shower, as well as the wonderful lanai from which you can enjoy the beautiful gulf sunset, with comfortable seating and impeccable views.

There is a guests bedroom with a king size bed which makes the condo the perfect choice for two couples. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, dresser and TV, well lit by a large window creating an inviting and relaxing space in the day and a wonderful restful room at night. The bathroom provides a large shower and modern furniture.

Outside there is more to Sandarac A702 , with the pool available for a swim, or maybe to lounge alongside as you take in the sun, there is plenty of seating for all, whilst further along we find the barbeque, perfect for vacation meals. Beyond the barbeque is the beach itself, and whether you want to walk along it, or spend the day surfing, Fort Myers beach will always remind you of its beauty.

Further from Sandarac A702 are the many attractions of Fort Myers Beach. Just a short walk away is Times Square, the vibrant heart of the city with its wonderful collection of restaurants and specialist stores and colorful, friendly ambience, whilst the shopping of Santini Marina Plaza and its highly regarded restaurants can be found just a trolley ride away. For those looking for a more active adventure Lovers Key State Park provides wetland trails that enable you to see the Florida wildlife in its natural surroundings.
