About the property

Modern apartment close to the slopes

This comfortable apartment is located in a recently (2007) built apartment block in the

heart of Chantemerle (Serre Chevalier 1350 m): 40.5 m 2 on one floor with a balcony of

8.96m 2 . It comprises: 1 double bedroom, one bunk bed room, 1 bathroom with bath and

shower, a separate toilet, and a large living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped

with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 plates hob with oven, and a microwave. There is a washing

machine in the bathroom cupboard. The living area has two sofas, with a TV and DVD

player, and the dining table has seating for six. We have finally given in and have wifi.

The ski lifts, shops, restaurants, bars, ski schools, etc, are all within 100 meters. There is

a garage for a small to medium car (Skoda Octavia Estate just fits!) There is a ski locker on the lower ground floor.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location!

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this wonderful, clean, spacious and bright apartment in the best location - on top of the slopes, the ski school meeting place, the rental shops, the bakery, supermarkets and restaurants (many of which do takeaways!). Everything is provided for in the apartment and the owners and management company are lovely to deal with. We have already booked to return next year!

Best position ever

Amazing location, right next to the lifts and facilities in a lovely village. We (family of 4) stayed a week and it was great. Would recommend to anyone. The resort is one of the nicest we've been to as well.

"This is a great clean and spacious flat with everything you need for a weeks skiing.

On the doorstep to everything in this lovely town and supermarket, boulangerie, restaurants, bars & shops literally a few steps away.

Main cable car less than 2 mins walk in ski boots away too !

My wife and I and our 2 kids had a ball and will be staying here again for sure."

"Très agréable appartement au coeur de la station. Il ne manquait rien, c''était parfait, calme, reposant et les ballades sont multiples à proximité. Un séjour estival vraiment très apprécié et que nous recommandons vivement. La place de garage seule reste peu pratique et réservée à de petits véhicules mais c''est secondaire, il y a un parking gratuit et couvert tout près."
