Villa, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, ( Sleeps 10 )

This spacious and airy house, with its huge colourful gardens, is incredibly only 75 meters from the beach! At the beach there are beach-bars restaurants and some shops! It is located in an up market area surrounded by only large quality villas. It is fully air-conditioned and has a large terrace with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing on. It is perfect for younger children and the pool is entirely fenced off so the little ones can’t get in without supervision! The pool is surrounded by a very large garden planted with Spectacular palm trees and colourful plants, which give a spectacular display through the summer months. There are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing on and there is off-road private parking (so no worries about trying to find a parking spot near the beach! If you fancied a walk, its about 25 minutes along the beach to the world famous Puerto Banus with its shops, cafes and huge private yachts. (The garden is about 2200 square meters).

Family relaxation

We used this villa in May 2008 for a 60th birthday get together for 6 adults and 2 kids. It was perfect. The enclosed grounds and fenced pool (cold but it was May!) were perfect for the kids. The house was always cool. Close to a great beach (a bit windy at times) and lovely bars, also good for jogging. The villa was peaceful at night and great for relaxing on the porch, but nearby there were quiet beach bars and restaurants if you wanted them. Would recommend it for large families with young children. Property was very Spanish, maybe a bit dated with regards the linen etc but very well maintained, and the gardens were immaculate. We had a wonderful time, very relaxing and we would definately go back.

75 m from the beach, 2min drive to Puerto Banus. The house is 75 Meters from the sandy beaches of San Pedro Alcantara where the Paseo Maratimo begins - a beautiful walk along the beach front where most of beach bars (chiringitos), resturants and shops are set among beautifully landscaped garden areas. This is a wonderful place to stroll, stop for food or take a sun lounger on the beach. There is also a children´s playground along the beach front. The area of this old established urbanization is known as Cortijo Blanco (white farm house). A perfect location for families. It is within easy reach (by car or public transport) of the resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus or Estepona; the bus stop is about a five-minute walk away. There is a road now connecting this area with Puerto Banus by car. The Cortijo Blanco hotel is also nearby and offers a restaurant and bar service. There are also other restaurants located nearby which will satisfy all manners of budgets and cuisine.

  • A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 8:30pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance. ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

Notes:
Excellent location for children and very child friendly. The swimming pool is enclosed with a lockable fence to help you keep the children out of mischief. Adults can sit on the terrace and see the pool and over the colourful gardens, whilst the children play safely in the secure gardens. There are two good children´s playgrounds close by. There is a major supermarket at then end of the road. The dining area inside the house has a table with 6 chairs. Outside on the terrace there are two dining tables which will seat in excess of 12 persons, plus additional sofas. ADSL access is provided free of charge and is always on. We have had several groups with people in wheel chairs, and this house is considered to be most suitable as it is on one level and there are no steps.
