This Fully remodeled 12 th floor penthouse corner unit condo has 1925 square feet of living space with an extra 400 feet outside on the balcony. The condo is updated with all new paint, hardwood floors and new furnishings.
The master has a king sized bed and amazing views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico off the walk out balcony. Attached is the master bath with dual sinks. A second and third bedroom have a king bed,queen bed and a pull out sofa, sleeping 8 comfortably. Each bedroom has a 46 ' flat screen LED tv with blue ray player, and a 55' LED flat screen with blue ray in the living room.
Open concept living , kitchen and dining make enough room for everyone to enjoy.
The Dunes of Panama has 2 lighted tennis courts, game room, fitness room, and 3 swimming pools, 1 heated. Parking is right in front of the building, and Sud's Weezers is a family owned gift shop, deli and convenience store just steps away from your condo.

It was a pleasure to stay in your comfortably beautiful condo. It was exactly as pictured! The beach view from the large balcony and ocean sounds were so relaxing and enjoyable on our first winter getaway to Florida. It was great! The memory foam bed gave me a fantastic nights sleep and the furniture was user friendly. I like the end table with the outlet and USB plug-in... how clever! The kitchen could use a few more accessories like a strainer, ladles, and electric CanOpener and the freezer makes ice cubes like a champ now. Thanks for the fantastic opportunity to stay in your home.
We have already booked our stay for November 2017. Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Heated Pool, Wonderful views and the condo is fully equipped. Close to everything and secure. Felt very safe. Parking right beside the elevator making for easy access. Any problems were taken care of right away and they were minor. Can hardly wait to get back.
We arrived to find this condo in dire need of a good overall cleaning. The windowsills, baseboards, kitchen ceiling, and bathroom exhaust vents, bathroom tile, and deck tile were very dirty and dusty. I reported it to person I booked with and received an email reply of apology and offer to send cleaners to recheck. I refused the offer because my family and personal property were inside by then. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the stuff we could not deal with; I even cleaned up the dirtiest spots on deck tile and Master Bathroom tile. In my opinion there's no excuse for not mopping the tile between every reservation. The toilets, showers, & sinks were clean. We had to replace batteries in every tv remote - one of them didn't even have batteries in it. We spent at least $40 on cleaning supplies and batteries. The lever on ice maker was broken - continuously made ice and if we didn't keep up with it, it dumped ice all over the freezer. We arrived to find the bottom of freezer covered in ice. I could go on & on about the cleaning issues. This is such a beautiful condo to be so unkept. The cleaning fee is a rip-off. The view of the beach & sunset is stunning.
This was our second time staying in this condo and we still love it. Plenty of room for family. Love the balcony. Can't wait to stay here again.
Overall we were very impressed with the condo! View was incredible. Couldn't have been any better. The layout of the condo is great and very spacious. Some areas, such as baseboards were dirty and several dishes were not clean but put away. Beds were great!! I Definitely recommend this condo!!
