Unwind in this attractive two bedroom apartment set in a deluxe private development situated in a quiet area of Lagos. Conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from a large sandy beach with its own bar/restaurants.

Enjoy the spacious gardens complete with a large eye-catching pool with separate whirlpool. Take in the delightful gardens filled with oleander, bougainvillea and hibiscus plants or just listen to bird song whilst resting in the shade of one of the mature palm trees. Or just relax on the main balcony overlooking the pool and gardens with views to the ocean and the red and yellow cliffs near Ponte de Piedade.

Wake up in the master bedroom to the stunning view of the gardens and the sea and coastline cliffs. All this can be taken in from the comfort of the large and comfortable king-sized bed. The separate beds in the second bedroom, affords views across unspoilt natural countryside.

All your holiday items can be unpacked in the huge, spacious built-in wardrobes. The shower room and bathroom are clean, stylish and both well-appointed including a large hydro-massage bath which has adjustable jets of hot water leaving you refreshed and rested.

The living area comprises a large dining table and two comfortable leather sofas. There is also an LCD TV and DVD player and a selection of books and playing cards. Leading off the lounge is a large balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy dining outdoors or just take in the view of the coastline. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

Très bonne

Super location avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille au calme et proche de tout.

Seul point négatif la TV malgré le satellite n'avons pas pu avoir les infos même en portugais.

Je vous recommande cette location et j'espère bien y retourner dans 2 ans.

Merveilleuse location

Très bel appartement, spacieux, moderne, très bien équipé, propre, luxueux et très bien situé (à 5mi à pieds d'une belle plage ou vous trouvez activités et restaurants).

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Manuella, et avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (parents + 2 ados) dans ce très bel appartement vraiment très agréable à vivre. La terrasse surplombe une belle piscine agrémentée d'une végétation luxuriante, la vue donne sur l'océan. Le quartier est calme, l'endroit est propice à la détente.

Une voiture est quasi indispensable pour rejoindre Lagos.

Les échanges avec Robert et Sharon (propriétaires) pour la réservation ont été amicaux et très efficaces.

Nous recommandons cette location et reviendrons certainement.

The apartment is located about 75km from Faro airport and takes just under an hour by motorway. Most people hire a car at Faro airport, but you can take a taxi or minibus (sharing with other holiday makers) or even take the train to Lagos and take a taxi or bus from there. Full details of directions will be sent prior to your stay.

Having a car for your holiday is recommended but not essential as taxis to the old town only cost about 5 euros and there is a bus stop near to the apartment.

Main Beaches:

Porto de Mos beach is about a 400m walk away. The world famous and most photographed Praia da Dona Ana beach is about 2km away. There are many other cove beaches running along to the Ponta da Piedade headland and lighthouse. Meia Praia is about 3km away and 5km long and wide too.

Historic Culture:

Lagos historic old town is about 2km away and is surrounded by a 16th century wall. Discover the town’s attractive, narrow lanes which are mostly laid with Portuguese tiles. There is the 17th century fortress to visit, along with the 15th century slave market building. Lagos has some beautiful churches, the gem being the golden chapel of Santo Antonio. Next to this church is the local museum which has much on display and well worth visiting.

Other Nearby Places Well Worth Visiting:

- Cabo de Sao Vincente and castle (“the end of the world”)

- Sagres and Ponta de Sagres (most south westerly point in Europe)

- Rugged west coast with secluded beaches – national park area

- Monchique and surrounding mountains

- Alvor fishing town

- Silves and its Moorish fort.

Our apartment is great for up to 4 adults, though for bigger families with a baby, we can accommodate 4 + 1 baby and can offer a travel cot and high chair on request.

On your arrival, we know you’ll appreciate being greeted by our friendly manager, who’ll be able to answer any of your immediate questions and will leave your free welcome food pack to see you through to your first shop. We have also compiled and left a comprehensive holiday guide to everything you’ll need to know about the apartment, your stay and the local area.

And to keep the apartment clean and fresh for all our guests, we do insist on no smoking in the apartment and no pets. Linen and towels are included (apart from baby cot linen) and cleaning is carried out once a week. There is ample parking just metres away from the entry door. All apartment blocks and villas immediately around the apartment are completed so you will not be right next to building works.

In accordance with Portuguese law, we are pleased to inform you that our secure apartment has been granted its AL Touristic Licence. This important licence gives you the confidence that our apartment has achieved the necessary standards in respect of ownership and services safety.

With over 300 days of sun a year, our peaceful apartment is the place for your perfect family holiday, your romantic escape or your golfing base. For sun-lovers, enjoy a choice of two balconies, beautiful gardens or dozens of beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away. For golfers, there are the challenges of 6 local courses!
