Secluded four season home on two acre lot with comfortable living in the Adirondacks. Recently updated living room has gorgeous stacked stone wall behind wood stove, and bright open floor plan. Enjoy the comforts of home with internet WiFi and cable TV. The kitchen has all the necessities, including a dish washer, and bull nose counter with two stools. Rustic dining table.
Up one level, there are two bedrooms that share a full bath. Both bedrooms have full beds, lighted closet and a ceiling fan. Bathroom has tub/shower.
On the top level of the house, the master bedroom has a master bath. This bedroom has a queen sized bed, lighted closet, ceiling fan and a private deck with sliding glass door!
In the knotty-pine walk out basement, there is rec room with comfy furniture with an entertainment system with flat screen TV. This room also has a two twin beds, and dresser for extra accommodations. Basement has the third full bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
This home is part of the Blue Sky Association that shares 500 foot of beautiful beach! The beach has parking area, roped off swim area with float, Adirondack chairs in grassy picnic area and the most beautiful view of Schroon Lake!
This house is not waterfront, but on private 2 acre lot in the Blue Sky Estates community -- The best of both worlds!

5 of us shared the house and had a wonderful time. Serene, comfortable, conducive to conversation, quiet. Well equipped kitchen for a rental house. We had a great time.
This is a lovely property set in the woods but in a development. You cannot see the neighboring homes. It is immaculate and charmingly decorated. It has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked although we went out for most meals. We stayed for three nights and wish we could have stayed more. The private beach area is not large but there were only a couple of others there at most. The house is about a half a mile to the beach. Walkable for sure but the walk back would be uphill all the way so we chose to drive. Plenty of parking. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. You can't go wrong here.
