Split level, well-appointed apartment, 2 bedroom (sleeps 4), modern bathroom

Our two bedroom apartment set over three floors, has wonderful views overlooking the Mediterranean coast line. Situated in the idyllic location of the tranquil and traditionally Spanish Pueblo del Sol, you are only a few minutes' walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants.

The secluded swimming pool is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and is ideal for young children. The pool area is enclosed by a pretty walled garden and includes sun beds, changing room facilities and toilets. The pool is shared by people within the small complex and is usually very quiet.

The apartment has two private south-facing sun terraces, ideal for relaxing/sunbathing and al fresco dining with spectacular views and sunsets - on clear days you can see the Rock-of-Gibraltar and the North African coast line.

The two good-sized twin bedrooms are both individually air-conditioned with doors opening onto a sun terrace. Opposite is a large family bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. Upstairs is a large, comfortable, air conditioned lounge, with cable TV, CD player/radio and patio doors opening onto a beautiful sun terrace. The well fitted kitchen connects through an arch to the breakfast area.

The Pueblo is accessed through electric gates with a secure key fob, offering private, sheltered parking. The Pueblo is mostly owned by Scandinavian and English people, many of whom spend the summer in their own country, so it is usually very peaceful. The Pueblo is well designed by a famous Architect and has won several prizes. The garden areas, pool and pool area are well maintained.

About Ole Rostam

I am Danish but have been living in the UK for 30 years. We have owned the apartment since 1978, and it has been a much-loved holiday home for our family and friends ever since. We try to visit at least once a year in between renting it out and take great pride in keeping the property well-maintained and welcoming.

The Pueblo is ideally situated near to the coast but set back from the main road, with beautiful views over the sea. The apartment is within a small, peaceful, complex, with excellent facilities and easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses.

This apartment offers something for everyone - whether you want to relax by the pool, laze about in the sun, have fun at a water park, enjoy a round of golf or dine out in on of the many excellent restaurants in Marbella or Fuengirola. There is easy access to magnificent beaches along the coast, many with good facilities, water sports and sun loungers. Equally, you can choose to sit by the pool and simply enjoy the beautiful Spanish sunshine.

A lovely spot

Having travelled to various parts of the Costa del Sol for 30 years I can safely say this is the best location and apartment we have been to. Close to the beach, bars restaurants and supermarkets (tho down a steep hill, a climb back) It was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was lovely clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful with a prompt service. Have no difficulty recommending this property whole heartedly

Owner's Response: We always try to be helpfull to our customers. We make sure the apartment is cleaned before the new clients come in and arrange that the beds are made up.

LOVELY PEACEFUL APARTMENT WITH AMAZING VIEWS

I stayed here for a whole month and even then didn't want to go home!! The complex was so peaceful and relaxing, perfect for recharging your batteries when you escape the 'rat-race' of working life. The pool was set in a lovely garden area and was spotless, as was the whole Pueblo complex, which was very well maintained with beautiful flowers everywhere.

The apartment was much bigger than we thought from the photos and even better in layout, so we were really pleasantly surprised. The views from the main balcony off the lounge were amazing and we sat there on many an evening watching breathtaking sunsets over Gibraltar, having a barbeque and a nice cold San Miguel or two!!

The apartment was well maintained and equipped, a real 'home from home', with Ole always on the end of the phone if you had a problem, he would sort it out.

I would definitely come to this apartment again and have already recommended it to all my friends and family. However, I would say that a car would probably be essential, as it is quite a long walk up the hill back to the apartment from the nearest shops and beach, especially when it's hot and you've got kids!! But car hire is very cheap and well worth it, as there is such a lot to see and do in the area, you'll never be bored, HAPPY HOLIDAYS ..........

Fantastic accomodation in a great location

Travelling as a family of four (children aged 3 & 7) this accommodation was perfect - it had everything we needed (including a washing machine and English TV!!). As the apartment is over three floors it gave us the space we needed, the kids could go to bed and we could use the lounge and one of the two balconies without causing a disturbance. The views from the upstairs balcony were great - although set in from the sea, you have the sea view - really nice.

The complex is small and very peaceful - we used the pool every day (even though it was a tad chilly!). On all but one day we were the only people in the pool. Very clean and well kept area.

We hired a car whilst staying here, we could walk to the local beach but in the heat it was a little too far for the kids up the hill from the to the accommodation (a supermarket and a couple of restaurants are in walking distance)

Hiring the car made visiting the local area easy - Cabopino beach is a must. Ole the owner has a very extensive guide in the accommodation detailing all the best restaurants and places of interest - perfect when you want to cram as much into the week as possible.

Ole the owner was on hand via text & e-mail (when I couldn't get the TV to work!!) - nothing was too much trouble, he made the whole booking procedure extremely easy and we would certainly go again.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location.. Even though it is on a steep hill. It gives You amazing views.. The lay out of the apartment is very quirky and has everything you may need on holiday . The compound has beautiful kept gardens, a good size pool and easy parking..

i recommend this apartment to all. And owner is very easy going and gives a lot of info about the area .

The most beautiful spot in Spain

We have now spent a week in this beautiful apartment in Riviera Del Sol. The view must be seen, clear views of ocean, and mountains.

The apartment is located in the picturesque Pueblo Del Sol, complete with pool, beautiful flower arrangements. For security, a fence around it.

Shops and restaurants are all nearby. Looking for a nightcap? it's within walking distance too.

We can only recommend this apartment, we are planning our next stay right now.

Stunning

We stayed here for a week and wished we had booked longer, it is a really lovely house stunning views and everything there for the perfect holiday.

It is quite a hill if walking down to the beach but once you have done the walk it seems much easier next time. Sitting on the top balcony overlooking the sea is just stunning

If I was going to live in Spain this is where I would want to be lovely place few bars/restaurants/supermarkets and at the end of the day going home to this lovely house and sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay with a nice glass of wine pure bliss

Pueblo del Sol is part of the Riviera del Sol on the Costa del Sol. It is ideally situated between Fuengirola and Marbella - approximately 15 minutes drive from both towns. Pueblo del Sol, with its own swimming pool, is a small Pueblo (complex) which has been very well planned and built. It is generally a very quiet place where you can relax and enjoy beautiful views of the coast and the sea. All units face south.

The Pueblo is only a ten minute walk to a first class Golf Club, 'Miraflores Golf' , situated behind the Pueblo. You are only an 8-10 minute walk to the beach, with safe passage under the Autovia A7 (NV340), and a ten minute drive to Cabopino, a beautiful unspoiled beach with natural sand dunes and a pretty marina.

Many bars, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are in close proximity. Close by is a sports club with tennis and squash facilities and a large swimming pool. Many tourist sites are within easy reach by car.

Golf: Costa del Sol entertains over 50 different Golf Clubs. The nearest Club is Miraflores Golf, which is situated about 10 minutes' walk from the apartment. The Golf Course can be seen from the Kitchen/Dining room to the north of the apartment.
