Welcome to Milton Manor, a spacious sun-lit 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home nestled at the end of a panoramic tree-lined street in the prestigious Marina del Rey/Mar Vista neighborhood. Not only is it convenient to essentially everywhere on the Westside such as Venice Beach, Santa Monica, LAX, the Getty, etc, but it is also only a 10 - 15 minute bike ride away from the breathtaking Playa del Rey beach via the picturesque Balboa Creek bike path which happens to be right by the Manor's front door.
The approximately 2,300 square foot house itself has been recently remodeled from head to toe by world-renowned interior designer/architect Justin Brooks (famous for being Starbucks' top designer) and features an elegant yet simplistic open floor plan that is contemporary yet retains its old-world charm and ambiance.
Featuring real hard wood floors, recessed lights, granite counter tops and marble/travertine bathrooms, luxury was the primary aim of its designers and no expense was spared in making this home top notch. There are 3 uniquely themed bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, and a study with a futon that can be converted to another bed if necessary. The neighborhood itself is extremely quiet and its double-paned windows offers even further insulation from the outside world. Together with its small but tranquil garden, this allows guests to carve out their own peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles.
We can also accommodate for daily/weekly cleaning services, grocery pickup, shuttle services for additional fees. Please inquire if you have any needs not listed, or are interested in any additional services.
As soon as our family (4 adults, 4 children) entered Milton Manor, the game room became the star attraction. The well-equipped kitchen, with its large granite-topped island, and the backyard grill made meal preparation easy. Al fresco dining in the lovely yard was a daily occurrence.
The layout of the house and the cleanliness, size, and comfort of all the rooms delighted everyone.
Everyone was also pleased with the quiet neighborhood, excellent parking availability, and proximity to Ballona Creek bike path and all the major roads.
Conor met us at the house when we arrived, showed us around, answered any questions, and encouraged us to contact him if we needed anything. From first contact on “HomeAway”, Conor was responsive, pleasant, and professional.

The house was perfect and even better in person than in photos. The open layout, from kitchen to master dining was ideal, made throwing my rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch very easy. Loved the game room, which included a pool table and fooseball table. In addition, the master bedroom was very spacious and the other rooms well-sized. The whole house was clean. My only complaint was I found out that the AC did not work, only the heater, therefore, the house felt warm during the daytime, especially upstairs. But opening all the windows, helped cooled it down. Conor was very approachable and responsive to all my concerns. The backyard was impeccable and comfortably sized. Oh just FYI, some neighbor's cat likes to sneak into the house from time-to-time, just keep the doors closed. If I am having out-of-town guests come to LA, I will definitely reach out to Conor and book with him again.
I could not have been more impressed with Conor and this luxurious property. First off, the house is phenomenal. For West LA standards, it is gargantuan and gorgeously decorated, with four unique, high end bedrooms and a very spacious 'open floorplan' downstairs that makes not only living, but socializing in it that much more amazing. The garden/yard at the back is decently sized and great for alfresco dining, tanning, sports, or BBQ-ing too.
Secondly, I was really impressed with the location. It's in a super safe, quiet, and convenient neighborhood with a nice sea breeze. Also, not only is it super close to the 405, 90 and 10 freeways, but it is also a 10 min bike ride away from the beach via the Ballona Creek bike path nearby. I found myself biking up to Playa del Rey or Marina del Rey virtually every evening and it took my breath away every time.
The parking situation is equally fantastic, with no street parking restrictions whatsoever, a Godsend by West LA standards! Add in an immaculately clean house with every luxury finishing a person could want, and I'd venture to say that I'd love to be back in the near future!
