Apartment located on Antibes to the limit of Juan-les-pins in a very pleasant residence of only 6 apartments. The apartment is a first floor with terrace but the residence being in a descent one must climb very few markets to enter the apartment (equivalent to a ground )

The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge large volume, ...).

  This apartment has the advantage of being both very close to the most beautiful beaches of Juan-les-pins and shops while being in a quiet and relaxing.

  The bedroom has a large wall storage with two wardrobes for maximum storage.

  The terrace is very sunny (due south) and overlooks greenery.

  Bed linen is provided if necessary and it costs 30 euros for cleaning (obligatory). Towels can also be.

This guarantees you an impeccable state of cleanliness upon your arrival in the apartment.

  The corner sofa has been replaced (2016) by a very comfortable convertible in order to offer two additional beds of quality.

The white dresser of the room was removed to allow for a baby bed in the room which can also be provided free of charge.

  You have a private parking right in front of the entrance of the apartment. You can see your car from the kitchen window. In addition a bus line that runs all the way to Antibes and goes directly into the city between 200 m from the apartment.

  A new box sfr with unlimited broadband internet and 170 TV channels is at your disposal. As well as a Home Cinema set, a Play Station with 40 games and a DVD player to watch your movies in the best conditions.

With less than 10 minutes of the exit of highway of Antibes.De plus a bus stop is with 20 meters of the residence.

To return to you to the apartment it is enough for you to leave to the exit “Antibes”. Then you pass one 1st large round not, a second with the quick on your line and Mac Do on your left. You continue straight to the 3rd round not and there you will see a kind of mini fast track in which you will engage. It succeeds (at the end of one kilometer on a round not). There you will take on the left a small way which goes up and while rolling 1 minute you arrive at the residence opposite the Italian restaurant. You are there!

The appartment is located...

The appartment is located in a relatively quiet environment. The bus station is 3 min. by foot and the bus line leads directly to the city center (10 min. by bus) and to the train station (15 min. by bus). The proprietor kindly arranged a shuttle service from/to the train station. The neigbourhood is relatively calm and safe. However, you can hear the traffic from the roads nearby that lead to the city center (rue Saint Jean) and to Juan-les-pins (blvd Delmas), especially if you like to sleep with open windows. Also, noises from arriving/departing airplanes to/from Nice airport can be heard until late night-time depending on the weather conditions. As the apppartment´s direction is mainly to the South and there´s no air conditioning it can get very hot inside if you don´t close the shutters during daytime. As there is no awning (only a small sun umbrella) on the balcony there is few shade. There are two small shops, a bakery and a pharmacy easy to reach by foot (10 min.) or by bus (2 min.) at the bus stop "Roy de soleil" - prices are higher there than in the city center. Although the sofa is described to be relatively new (2009) and declared to be not the one shown on the photos it is unfortunately not very comfortable - neither are the chairs on the balcony. Also, both the refrigerator and the dishwasher are very loud and there is unfortunately no door to the kitchen that could be closed. All things considered, I would still recommend the appartment, especially to holidaymakers that seek an easily accessible accomodation and have no car with them.

Vraiment super

Très bien accueilli et appartement très très propre et fonctionnel. L'équipement est de qualité et l'environnement est vraiment calme. La ligne de bus s'arrête à deux pas de la maison et nous sommes allés plusieurs fois à pied au bord de mer ( comptez 10 à 15 minutes selon la forme)

Appartement bien équipé mais...

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, avec tout les équipements nécessaires.

Juste un bémol : Le frigo est vraiment très bruyant ce qui n'est pas très agréable dans un appartement de petite surface.

La cuisine n'a pas de porte heureusement la chambre oui.

Owner's Response: Vraiment navré pour ce désagrément... Il y a eu un problème de refroidissement..Le frigo ( qui était quand même un très bon frigo américain..) a été changé suite à votre location. De même que le lave linge afin de proposer à tous les locataires le meilleur confort possible.

Notre séjour a été parfait. Première fois que nous louons un appartement pour les vacances, rien à redire. Nous avons eu un problème avec la machine a laver; qui a été régler tout de suite. La femme qui nous a accueilli est très gentille et le propriétaire est disponible pour toutes question. Nous y retourneront sans hésiter!

La cuisine est extrêmement bien fournie.

Agréable appartement

Excellente position géographique de l appartement, a proximité des plages, du centre ville et de la vieille ville. Appartement très propre et la personne qui vous accueille a votre arrivee (mme Lopez) est charmante.

Nous y retournerons certainement.
