Private corner lake view 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1000 sq ft condo, the living, dining, master bedroom has full views of the beautiful lake.
Surrounded by beautiful trees, walkways, parks...so serene, so relaxing!
All appliances are new, high end linens and kitchen ware...you will not be disappointed with your stay. The unit has gorgeous comfortable furniture, 2 queen plush beds, washer & dryer, leather couches.
Everything you could want is available, you supply the food and your on your way to a relaxing resort style stay.
Every Friday starting in October, there is a wine social in the clubhouse which overlooks the lake...mingle with your neighbors and Saturdays they have coffee and bagels for all. Lakeshore @ Andersersen Springs is a real hidden gem in Phoenix.

November stay

Very relaxing, quiet, cute condo. Waterfront balcony, beautiful walking paths. Walking to restaurants, Sprouts, Fry's, etc.

Excellent location, good rental unit

Very functional condo with a few improvements needed. The carpet is old and needs cleaning, advanced warning was not given before the complex water was turned off for a day and the AC did not work on two 90+ days. Overall stay was good and we would come back again depending on the fee.

Great location

We truly enjoyed our time on the deck. Wonderful location, very quiet, really nice views. Kathryn was extremely great to work with and had very quick response with any inquiries.

I've been living in Phoenix for 10 years, and fell in love with the area and location. As well as living in this condo for over 6 years, it has been totally upgraded and renovated with new carpet, new appliances...the whole unit has been redone!..I love Phoenix especially the Chandler area, it has so much to offer and the unit is walking distance to everything.

Lakeshore @ Andersen Springs...is a hidden gem in Chandler, surrounded by lakes and parks...so relaxing and it will be your home away from home!

What makes this property unique

Full lake views, corner unit, so lots of privacy, walk to the local restaurants and local shopping. The neighbors are owners as well and very friendly, everyone loves to stroll around the lake. My unit has it's own Private entrance to relax with coffee on your private balcony overlooking the water!
