The Orangers is a villa on two floors-d'architecte with a 500 square meters garden with a panoramic view of the sea. On the veranda with superb views, a roller blind is the south facade shade and protected against the Soliel noon. The architect situated the villa Maximee the natural properties against the heat of the summer. The villa does not necessit the conditioning area because of the architectural plan. South winds beyond the natural and East provides a comfortable environment for a relaxing after the beach or an excursion. Steps away there is the bus Nice Airport (Joffre stop) or MonacoMenton (stop Monte Reve). A 5-10 minute walk there are shops, walking, train station, several cafes, restaurants and caterers, a new ON-U, and the Greek Kerylos museum. With bus 81 (stop Monte Reve) you are in some minutes at the Musee Rothschild or the park-zoo of St Jean Cap Ferrat.

Lovely home for children and adults

We (me, my husband, and our two elementary school aged children) traveled to Italy and France in March 2012. Our time at Les Orangers was one of the highlights of our trip. I had the best sleep of our entire trip in this house. The house had everything we needed plus many delightful surprises - toys and books for our children, a garden full of oranges and lemons, laundry facilities (important with two active children) and a great location for the bus, nice restaurants and fun beaches. It is the perfect house for children. The view of the ocean was a delight every day. We spent a day playing, walking and eating along the promenade in Beaulieu. We spent a day in Nice. We spent time romping in the ocean. And each day is was lovely to come home to the quiet, rest and beauty of Les Orangers. We will definitely return. Thank you, Jim, for providing such a lovely landing for us.

Bien située et vue mer magnifique

Vue magnifique sur la mer, le cap Ferrat et les falaises d'Eze. Les larges baies vitrées et les grands balcons permettent de profiter du spectacle tout au long de la journée.

La maison est de confort simple mais spacieuse, climatisée et très bien équipée (rien ne manque). La plage est à 1 petit km. Le retour est un peu plus difficile car la maison est sur un coteau. Les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied. Les arrêts de bus également. Gros plus : le ticket à 1 euro (tarif unique pour tout le département) permet d'aller sans stress à Monaco, Nice, Menton .... C'est très appréciable et bien plus économique qu'avec la voiture !

Nous recommandons cette très agréable location (sauf peut-être si vous avez des enfants en bas âge : escaliers).

Superbe cadre

Maison spacieuse , de confort simple, 2 chambres + 1 lit dans l'entrée du bas, avec une vue formidable sur la mer de la terrasse. Jardin peu praticable (très pentu, la maison est à flanc de côteaux) mais la terrasse suffit. Le centre ville n'est pas loin à pied.

Très belle vue, maison confortable et accueil sympathique. Il faut noter cependant qu'il n'y a pas trois chambres mais deux plus un lit dans l'entrée.

Between the Alps and the sea, Beaulieu has something of work of each. During the week with the blue line bus all the odds is for you without the hassles of traffic or parking your car. For the sports circuit presqu'il Cap Ferrat begins near the Beaulieu range. With the azure line everyone has access to walking trails from the coast and several of the back country. It is of course impossible to say all the attractions of Nice, Monaco and Menton. In the hinterland are the villages perch Eze, Peille, Peillon, Gorbio, St. Agnes, etc. Each village is a memorable excursion for a walk and lunch. There is a choice of beaches, walk, Beaulieu (ten minutes), Villefranche (15 minutes), or St Jean Cap Ferrat (20 minutes) for coming to your liking. St John of villages or Villefranche are to arrive by bus 81 or walk in 30 minutes.

  • The bathroom is restored to the original fantasy of the architect, the colors 'retro' 1960. Tiles gray walls with painted walls, a sink, a bidet, a bath in any Color heliotrophe. There is a toilet on each floor. It is equipped with bath towels. After your shower there for you hair dryer.
