It is located in the very centre of the city, near the shopping facilities. This makes it very easy to go shopping, visit museums, and visit La Petite Venise without needing a car: you can discover Colmar on foot. "Excellent location, heart of historic town but quiet with secluded courtyard. All appliances modern and working, apartment as described, comfortable and well decorated. Kitchen generously supplied with condiments, beverages etc. Carlos and Emilie very welcoming and helpful. Layout might be a drawback if more than 1 couple - bathroom off a bedroom."

"The apartment is very clean and modern with quite a bit of construction around it, but it did not affect our stay. Would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Colmar. Colmar is a very nice city with lots to do for adults and children."

Grosse Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone ohne Parkplatz, schon etwas abgewohnt

Die Wohnung ist echt groß und für vier Personen echt gut. Wir waren zu zweit mit Baby. Babystuhl ist vorhanden, mussten wir richtig putzen und haben dann lieber unseren Reisesitz benutzt. Babybett ist auch da, sah gut aus, haben wir nicht gebraucht.

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung groß, aber nicht so schön, wie auf den Fotos, da sie schon etwas abgewohnt ist. Sauber war es, aber die Bettwäsche bspw. Hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet.

Also die Wohnung ist schon okay. Weshalb ich zwei Punkte abziehe ist, weil es hieß, es sei ein Parkplatz dabei. Das ist nicht der Fall und wir fühlten uns beim Ankommen mit Baby und allem Gepäck und dann ohne Parkplatz gestresst.

Auch die Hinweise, wo wir das Auto parken können waren für uns ungenau und bedeuteten Stress beim Suchen. Nachdem wir es dann einmal raushatten, parkten wir immer mit Glück auf dem Boulevard Saint-Pierre rechts und links der Strasse kostenlos oder auf dem kostenlosen Teil des Parkplatzes Montagne Verte. Von beiden läuft man ca 7 min zur Wohnung. Ist gut machbar, aber wir hatten extra vorher nachgefragt, ob ein Parkplatz dabei ist und es hieß ja.

Location

Take the A 35 exit to Colmar centre, and then continue to the Parking de la Montagne Verte (old town) for a free parking space. The sleeping accommodation is located 300 metres walking away. Come and discover the Alsace region and its culinary specialities (‘tartes flambées’, ‘sauerkraut’), the vineyards along the Wine Route, the folklore, the numerous and famous Christmas markets (from November 25 until December 31), and the architecture (timber-framed houses). Other interesting sites: Colmar lies at the same distance as Strasbourg, Gérarmer, and Freiburg.
