Typical rural stone house with beautiful garden surrounded by vineyards

Ideally situated in the green and flowered "north" of the island, in the heart of the vineyard, very calm, full comfort, tastefully decorated, marvellous view on the volcano and the sea, degressive rates depending on the duration of your stay. The thick stone walls of the house provide a welcome coolness in summer. Mild climate the whole year long.

Someone will be there to welcome you, give you the keys and all the explanations about the house.

About Michèle Matthys

We lived several years in the house fully restored by us. We always enjoy to stay there, we enjoy hiking to discover wonderful natural sites and we like to walk in the historical center of the Laguna with its pedestrian streets, terraces.

Why Michèle Matthys chose North Tenerife

We chose this village thirstly for its tranquility, secondly for its authenticity, far from noisy tourism and again its very easy to take the motorway that leads us to the different point of interest of the north's island.

What makes this house unique

The calm, tranquility, beautiful views of Mount Teide, easy access to all the hiking and drive to the north of the island.

"Je confirme tout ce qui a été dit dans les commentaires élogieux précédents: location idéale pour découvrir l''ile.

- 5/5 sur le logement ("originalité" des WC à l''extérieur du batiment principal...),

- 5/5 sur son équipement (une célèbre marque suédoise s''est installée sur l''ile...) - WIFI fort apprécié dans la maison ,

- 5/5 sur l''environnement (les oranges du jardin sont excellentissimes, la vue est superbe et la ville LA VICTORIA est idéalement placée pour rayonner dans l''ile en voiture)

- 5/5 sur l''accueil et la serviabilité de Norma

(qui nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances ;) )

Nous avons juste renoncé à garer notre "grande" voiture de location a l''intérieur du jardin ... (portail étroit et rue trèèèèès pentue comme sur toute l''île dès qu''on n''est pas dans les immeubles de bord de mer).

Impeccable et trés bien équipé : la cuisine est impressionnante ! Beaucoup d'espace.

Vue magnifique, jardin et terrasse appréciables.

Calme et loin de la circulation !

Le plus difficile est de garer la voiture : il vaut mieux louer une fiat 500 ! Mais avec un peu d'habitude et quelques manoeuvres, on arrive à garer une Opel Corsa ...

Bon accueil.

Tout est parfait pour un excellent séjour !

belle maison et très belle vue

maison confortable, super cuisine très bien équipée. vue magnifique sur le Teide. 2 chambres non mitoyennes. beau et grand jardin avec terrasse et vue sur la mer. la rue est très pentue mais on s'y habitue. Norma est toujours disponible. nous avons adoré Tenerife, et bonne situation pour rayonner dans le nord et l'est de l'ïle. super séjour

Excellent séjour

Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour à Ténérife notamment grâce à cette location avec vue sur la mer et le Teide au milieu des vignobles! La maison est spacieuse et confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

C'est vrai par contre qu'il faut prendre un peu l'habitude pour se garer avec la pente et le portail étroit.
