This bright apartment, calm and well laid out has kept a Provencal style with a large high under the ceiling.

It has a large air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen.

From the balcony, you have a side view of the Croisette.

The air-conditioned bedroom, very comfortable with en-suite shower room, has two double beds.

- Electric shutters in the bedroom, and in the living room to avoid the sun dazzle.

- Electric roller blinds permit taking your breakfast in the shelter from the sun and very discreetly.

Few steps away from the sea, the busy shopping Antibes street will answer to all your desires (fashions, delicatessen)

Central location, large and bright apartment

We were very late getting to Lucie's apartment due to a 2-hour train stoppage on the way from Marseille, but Lucie's son patiently waited for us to arrive at the apartment and even took the time to show us how the appliances worked and how to open and lock the doors. He was extremely helpful, pointing out some restaurants in the neighborhood (we especially liked the Thai restaurant across the street). The apartment was spacious and very quiet; we had no problems with street noise or noise from other tenants.When it was time to leave, Lucie's son even came very early in the morning to return our deposit. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great location

Large comfortable apartment in a very good location, right in the middle of town, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Supermarket very close by. Exactly as it appears in the internet photos.

Lucie and her son were very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay there again.

Location Location Location!

I do not think there is a better location in Cannes, especially if you are attending any function at the Palais De Festivals. You exit the front door, walk one and a half very short blocks, cross the street and you are there. As for the price, less than half the cost of the more reasonable hotels and probably 1/5 - 1/3 of the cost of the bigger hotels. The dig differences are...

1) In this apartment you have a kitchen, a washing machine for small loads of laundry, a Nespresso coffee maker (Nespresso store is half a block away), two bathrooms and plenty of sitting room.

2) There is no maid or room service, the accommodations are basic, but very functional.... nothing fancy here.

If you are concerned about budget, space, convenience or privacy, this is a great place! There is a grocery store three short blocks away (with a reasonably priced bakery!). Cannes is very expensive. SO if you want to enjoy things outside of your room and need free wi-fi and privacy... Give Lucie a call. Her and her son were very accommodating and I had absolutely no problem with checking out or getting my deposit back. A much better experience than I expected!

Very pleasant apartment, which was rented in June. Near the beach, shops and to the "Palais des festivals". Equipment excellent. We recommend for holidays. Good contact with the owner.

Wonderful vacation in the nice apartment

The apartment is located in the heart of Cannes, 1-minute walk from the Palais des Festivales. 1 bedroom apartment very beautiful, clean, quiet and very comfortable, 2 bathrooms.

Close to all attractions, shops, supermarket, etc. It is better for travelers without a car, but for those who have, 20 euro a day at the near parking space.

We stayed in early April - a couple with two teenage children.

Lucie, very nice and polite host, was welcoming us at the apartment and explained everything we needed. Thank you.

We highly recommend for travelers to stay in this apartment.

Je conseille cette location a tout le monde cette appartement est spacieux (nous étions cinq),propre et très bien équipé.Vous avez tout a disposition (restaurant, banque, supermarché, gare, tabac et pub) tout sa vous pouvez le faire sans véhicule le top quoi :)

Sans oublier que cette appartement est située a 2 min a pied de la plage dans une rue très calme je trouve sa génial. Le balcon est super pratique pour profiter de la vue et pour étendre du linge.

Je tient a remercier Lucie pour son accueille chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa GRANDE gentillesse sans oublier son fils bien sur. Nous avons passer un excellent séjours nous reviendrons vers vous avec joie.
