Welcome to Paradise! We just purchased this property in August, of 2014, and are making it available for vacation rentals for the first time this year! We love this property and hope that you do too!

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with only 6 other houses, directly on the Manatee Pocket, one of the most protected harbors in Florida.

This home is a two story 4 BR/2BA home, consisting of an Upstairs 3 Bedroom / 1 Bath, and a Downstairs 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath.

Rent the Whole House ...or One Floor Only. Please note, we do not rent to separate parties at the same time.

Each floor shares a common entryway, with separate keyed doors. Both floors have a separate Kitchen / Dining / Living area and are furnished down to the silverware! The one car garage serves as a shared laundry room for both floors.

The second floor has a wide balcony overlooking the view of the Dock and the Manatee Pocket. The first floor has a matching porch overlooking the view of the Dock and the Manatee Pocket.

The Sunset views and Morning tranquility will inspire your souls!

The Dock is 110’ long and has 7 boat slips. The largest slip will accommodate up to 42 ft. Each slip has its own electric and water supply. Access to the Atlantic Ocean is approximately ½ mile, with no fixed bridges. No other private property that we know of in the area has this accommodation.

TWO of the SLIPs ( 1 for each floor) are kept available at all times for tenants of our home, at no extra charge. The other slips are available to the public on a first come/first serve basis.

Directly across the waterway is a Boat Rental facility, waterfront restaurants, 5 restaurants total, Art stores, and more!

Port Salerno maintains the Old Florida Charm that seems to be disappearing in other parts of the state.

This website quotes rental rates for the WHOLE HOUSE only. Please speak directly with owner for rates on FIRST FLOOR or SECOND FLOOR only.

We are looking for family oriented people who appreciate the Old Florida Charm, and who will respect our property. NO SMOKING! NO HEAVY PARTYING!

Hi Doug, Hope all is well and your having a great summer! Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your rental house on Rocky Point. Couldn't have asked for a better location for proximity to all the local restaurants and activities. Rocky Point is the perfect area for walking and bike riding with its quiet streets and very little traffic. Your dock was perfect for my boat, walk out the door and your fishing within minutes! Loved It! Perfect for Us!

Our stay was everything we had wished for! The home was immaculate! It is located on a quite cul-de-sac street. The view of the harbor (Manatee Pocket) was magnificent. Every morning, the first thing we did is make coffee and sit on the upstairs balcony overlooking the pocket, or we would take our coffee down to the chairs next to the dock. We would see fish jumping, dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, all kinds of sea birds.

There are 3 great waterfront restaurants directly across the water from "our" house. We kept our boat at the dock and motored across the water for dinner and the ocean is only a half mile away by boat.

The owners are so accommodating. We now have some new friends!

We will definitely be back soon!
