Beautiful property
We had originally booked to stay in 2020 but after a couple of tricky years we finally made it in August 2022 and it was worth the wait. We were a family of 7 adults and 2 children (7 & 9). Sebastian was a pleasure to deal with from the very start and had been very accommodating in changing our dates. He was on hand to help with anything during our stay which was reassuring to have. The house itself is beautiful, all the bedrooms have their own unique style and they were immaculately clean on arrival. The covered dining and bbq area is well designed and keeps you cool eating lunch or dinner in the summer. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay and the welcome wine & bread was a lovely touch. The children spent most afternoons in the swimming pool (which is maintained daily by Sebastian) It is a good size and when an overnight storm cooled the pool a little, Sebastian put the heating on for us which we thought was a lovely thing to do. The location is ideal as it is right in the village so it was nice to be able to walk for our bread in the morning and pick up little bits and pieces. There are some lovely restaurants / bars which are in close walking distance too. We would all definitely recommend staying here and we hope to return again soon. :-)

Farmhouse, St Roch, Robion
Where do I start? The farmhouse St Roch is the most perfect spot for a family holiday. We were three generations; 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 3 grandchildren. We stayed in the last week of May. St Roch is in the middle of Robion, close to the amenities, but you would not know you were in the middle of town. The buildings, gardens and pool are superb, they far exceeded our expectations. Lots of sitting areas both in and out of the sun. Anyone who has been on a family holiday knows the importance of even a short time away from the crowd. Prior to our arrival Sebastian had helped me organise a special day for my wife's birthday on the Monday. A wine tasting and a vineyard tour at Domaine de Marie followed by lunch at Bistro le 5. We were so looking forward to visiting these places that had been recommended to us. Unfortunately I am writing this from my hospital bed. I tripped, fell and broke my hip on Sunday evening. So Monday was spent at A&E with the hip replacement scheduled for later in the week. Sebastian was magnificent, guiding us through the French hospital system and staying with us at the hospital for translation duties. Although I wanted them to continue with the day, the family decided that we had to cancel. Once again Sebastian came up trumps and sorted this out for us. We all think that Sebastian has gone far beyond any duty of care for us. Thank you once again Sebastian. With the aid of modern technology (photographs) I was able to follow the progress of the family during the rest of our stay. Once I have fully recovered we will return. We have a wine tasting and a special meal to look forward to. Erik Smart

Perfect for a family gathering
We have just returned home after a one week stay in Ferme St Roche. Our family group comprised three generations, the youngest a baby of 7 months. I can honestly say that the house worked perfectly for us and we had a wonderful time. Many large holiday rental houses are situated in the country so you need to drive even to buy bread. Not so Ferme St Roche. The house feels quiet and secluded but is only minutes walk to shops, restaurants and Tourist Information if you need it. The outside spaces were particularly appreciated by us. They were well thought out with seating on the terrace for pre dinner drinks, a large table where we ate most evenings and ample pool sun beds. Table tennis and the pool table came in for a lot of use by the more energetic family members and the clean, heated swimming pool had most of us swimming everyday. Last week in Provence was very warm and sunny and when we arrived the fair was in Robion. In addition to the usual rides there was music, dancing and performances which made it feel like a true village event. Finally a word or two of praise for Sebastian who manages the house. He arranged for a cot, high chair and changing table to be in place on our arrival so the baby's needs were well taken care of. He was endlessly helpful and arrived within minutes when we had a small problem so many thanks to him also for the advice and treats which helped to make our holiday so memorable. Christine

Paradise in Provence
Wow! What a property! We were very warmly welcomed by Sebastian and his father who took us on a tour of the house and garden. The wine and olive bread they provided was a lovely surprise. The house is even more impressive in person, combining luxury and elegance with homely, personal touches. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms modern and stylish. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and we had fun cooking on the barbecue. We spent many long lunches and candlelit evenings in the courtyard dining area. Everyone enjoyed playing in the pool, followed by sitting in the shade reading books. We also made full use of the entertainment provided including snooker, table tennis and a piano. The house is completely private, nestled within the village. We visited the local bakery most mornings for croissants, quiche and heavenly strawberry tarts. The fruit and veg shop opposite the bakery is very well stocked and includes a wine cave. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch of pizza and pasta at Il Momento just a short stroll away. My sister and her family arrived 2 days later than planned with only half their luggage due to the British Airways IT system failure. Sebastian immediately offered to help and spoke with the airport to assist in the safe delivery of their lost luggage, which arrived later that evening. He also very kindly brought them a bottle of wine. A big thank you to Sebastian from all of us! We made many happy memories at La Ferme St Roch and would love to return some day. One week just isn't long enough!

A beautiful, extremely well appointed house
We would highly recommend this incredible property. We stayed with our four children and had plenty of room and made full use of the gorgeous pool. The kitchen is really well equipped, and the bathrooms modern and luxurious. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful villages of Provence, and within walking distance of the house are boulangeries, bars and restaurants. The owner Sebastian is absolutely charming and went out of his way to make us feel welcome, we felt we could have made any request and he would have sorted it! A five star holiday experience.
